I would recommend Thomas McQuire as a salesman as he took the time to listen to what had happened and then told us he would do what he could but did not make any promises that he could not keep. The finance officer, like Thomas, listened first than went to work keeping us in the loop as he did his magic. One thing for sure is that that the service team has always been honest and up front with us on everything and they were even that ones that recommend the replacement vehicle as they understood what we needed and what would work for us. I would advise to steering clear of Nate the service manager, he was a sales person and the root of the previous bad experience. More

We live out of town and have a Nissan dealership just around the corner from our house, but I will be willing to drive the 45 minutes it takes to get to Longmont for the service at Valley Nissan - the dealership near my house has nowhere near the customer service as this dealership! Customer Service: Maximized On a whim- my husband and I went to Valley Nissan to look at their leasing options. When we arrived, Oscar met us and quickly got is into a car we lik On a whim- my husband and I went to Valley Nissan to look at their leasing options. When we arrived, Oscar met us and quickly got is into a car we liked. We talked further and explained our “less than optimal” credit scores to him to which he informed us that leasing wasn't for us. He then took inventory of our situation and sought out to find the perfect car for us. Oscar made it a point to help find the best financing options and kept to our request of a low monthly payment. My husband and I weren't set on buying a car that day so weren't aggressively looking. Oscar was accepting of that, laid back and not pushy. He found our car in the back- where Valley Nissan had just acquired it. The tires were worn and the mirror was broken off and it was still dirty. Oscar ensured the car would get brand new tires, the mirror fixed, the car detailed and that the shop would make sure everything was up to par. We purchased it and the financing advisor, Chris, even worked to reduce our loan term for us. Oscar then made the arrangements to have our car worked on within just a few days. We brought our newly purchased car to their shop and overnight it was like brand new. Great service and great guys! More

The process was quick (which is what we wanted!) and we test-drove and purchased the car within 2 hours. Zac was knowledgeable with regard to various pricing options and gave us a really GREAT deal. It was also gave us peace of mind to know that the car had undergone a 150 point safety check before being sold. It is definitely worth going to Valley Nissan to look for either new or used cars - they have a great selection and some really fantastic deals. To top it all the service is awesome - thanks Zac!
