The salesman PROMISED me two years of free oild changes as part of the deal. He verbally made this promise in front of me and in front of two other adults. When I went to follow up, I was told that this was not in a contract or in writing so the "deal" was not valid. I am pretty sure that the salesman pruposefully left out this caveat as he was adamant about me signing other paperwork. 3.) The salesman knew more about Nissans than Subarus. He showed me an Outback Sport and told me it was a Premium (there is a difference in these two models). This led me to believe that the salespeson I had worked with was not knowledgeable in the products he was selling. 4.) The salesman also got impatient and irritated when I wanted to take my time. 5.) Valley Nissan had replaced my fog lamp as part of the deal, when they had replaced the fog lamp they had forgot to put back the Air Intake filter (once again the dealership did not take responsibility for this). When you read the manuarl, you have to remove the air intake filter to get to the fog lamp so I don't know how else this would have dissappeared. 6.) I did not get a good deal but a fair price that was on the high end of the spectrum. In analyzing the Kelly Bluye Book Trade in for the model of car I had purchased the profit margin is pretty high. 7.) The sales man gave me the route to drive and directed me where to go, I wanted to take the car where I had wanted to take it. 8.) I felt like I was not treated like a serious customer and I would not recommend this experience to a family or friend. More

Very good customer service The dealer I worked with was Zac FitzGerald, he was extremely nice, I felt very comfortable working with him. Zac was very personable. I do not like The dealer I worked with was Zac FitzGerald, he was extremely nice, I felt very comfortable working with him. Zac was very personable. I do not like going to car dealerships and normally do not leave with a good impression, but I would come back to Valley Nissan and I would recommend it to family and friends. It was a great experience and Zac, for being so young, was probably the best dealer I have worked with. Everyone I worked with was very professional and nice. More

I've checked their cost estimates against other Subaru repair shops (both dealers and repair only), and they are pretty competitive. Today was just an oil change and tire rotation, but I've used them for the 30, 60 and 90 thousand major service checkups, plus any problems that occur at other times. Kudos to Chad and Roger for their friendly and prompt service. I got nearly 180,000 off my first Subaru (and I think I sold it too soon!) and hope to do better with my 2008 Outback. I feel comfortably that the folks at Valley will keep me out of trouble. Pete Naseth More
A renewed sales staff Our first experience with Valley was one that I would not recommend them;however, the new sales team righted the wrongs of the old team. I would recom Our first experience with Valley was one that I would not recommend them;however, the new sales team righted the wrongs of the old team. I would recommend Thomas McQuire as a salesman as he took the time to listen to what had happened and then told us he would do what he could but did not make any promises that he could not keep. The finance officer, like Thomas, listened first than went to work keeping us in the loop as he did his magic. One thing for sure is that that the service team has always been honest and up front with us on everything and they were even that ones that recommend the replacement vehicle as they understood what we needed and what would work for us. I would advise to steering clear of Nate the service manager, he was a sales person and the root of the previous bad experience. More

We arrived at 5:50pm, just 10 minutes before they closed, and they were more than happy and ready to help us get back on the road. They were friendly, helpful, and down right great. We live out of town and have a Nissan dealership just around the corner from our house, but I will be willing to drive the 45 minutes it takes to get to Longmont for the service at Valley Nissan - the dealership near my house has nowhere near the customer service as this dealership! I cannot recommend Valley Nissan in Longmont Highly enough, as they were Superb in every way. I don't understand why anyone would go anywhere else! What a group of brilliant, informed, sensitive, funny, GREAT gentlemen helped me. I truly had a wonderful experience, and LOVE my new car! I found everyone to be extremely sincere, trying to help me in every way. I felt this particular group of guys to be exceptional in character and intelligence, very good people. The warranty leaves me with zero worries. They helped me with my personal finances on top of everything else. There are MBA's, attorneys, an unbelievable assortment of professional men in this dealership, and they were just excellent, Class Act. They made what could be traumatic or confusing absolutely smooth, positive, exciting regarding the future. They helped me in multiple ways besides the car! More

We came in looking for a high-MPG car for my husband's long commute to work, and we also were considering a new SUV for family camping trips. We told the sales guys (Josh Armijo was awesome) our budget and what we were looking for, and they kept bringing options until we were happy with what they offered. We ended up with the car and the SUV for just a little over our budget. More
