Valley Nissan went above and beyond my expectations I received everything I was looking for in a vehicle The sale was quick with no unexpected added costs and the price was lower than listed Which made for a hassle free sale. I usually take the dealer tags off after purchase as I do not advertise but I have been sporting the Valley Nissan Logo because I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience! Thank You Eric! More

My first experience with Alex was the friendliest, most honest, and most attentive car-buying experience I've ever had (and I'm in my 50s, so that means something). Alex is knowledgeable, concerned for his customers, and one of the hardest workers I've ever met in ANY field. When I brought my friend back to buy a car at Valley Nissan, I have to say, my friend was not all that polite--and Alex worked just as hard and with just as much care, enthusiasm and kindness as he did the first time around. Lewis is a great manager, too. He's fair and honest, and in car-buying, that's exactly what you need. I'll likely buy all my future cars from Valley Nissan. They made me a die-hard Nissan fan, and a die-hard return customer to Valley Nissan. Oh, also the finance guy we worked with--Philip I believe was his name--made the usually grueling finance session fun. He was honest, straightforward, and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. We bought the "prepaid service plan," which is a great deal! More

Roger and now John have watched over my older vehicle well, There was one situation long ago when after an oil change the 2005 set up had not been put back together correctly (perhaps). Other than that, I could not be happier, even though the charges are hard for me to pay. I bought it used from a private owner, but had Subaru look it over before I bought it. More

The salesman PROMISED me two years of free oild changes as part of the deal. He verbally made this promise in front of me and in front of two other adults. When I went to follow up, I was told that this was not in a contract or in writing so the "deal" was not valid. I am pretty sure that the salesman pruposefully left out this caveat as he was adamant about me signing other paperwork. 3.) The salesman knew more about Nissans than Subarus. He showed me an Outback Sport and told me it was a Premium (there is a difference in these two models). This led me to believe that the salespeson I had worked with was not knowledgeable in the products he was selling. 4.) The salesman also got impatient and irritated when I wanted to take my time. 5.) Valley Nissan had replaced my fog lamp as part of the deal, when they had replaced the fog lamp they had forgot to put back the Air Intake filter (once again the dealership did not take responsibility for this). When you read the manuarl, you have to remove the air intake filter to get to the fog lamp so I don't know how else this would have dissappeared. 6.) I did not get a good deal but a fair price that was on the high end of the spectrum. In analyzing the Kelly Bluye Book Trade in for the model of car I had purchased the profit margin is pretty high. 7.) The sales man gave me the route to drive and directed me where to go, I wanted to take the car where I had wanted to take it. 8.) I felt like I was not treated like a serious customer and I would not recommend this experience to a family or friend. More

I do not like going to car dealerships and normally do not leave with a good impression, but I would come back to Valley Nissan and I would recommend it to family and friends. It was a great experience and Zac, for being so young, was probably the best dealer I have worked with. Everyone I worked with was very professional and nice. More

I've checked their cost estimates against other Subaru repair shops (both dealers and repair only), and they are pretty competitive. Today was just an oil change and tire rotation, but I've used them for the 30, 60 and 90 thousand major service checkups, plus any problems that occur at other times. Kudos to Chad and Roger for their friendly and prompt service. I got nearly 180,000 off my first Subaru (and I think I sold it too soon!) and hope to do better with my 2008 Outback. I feel comfortably that the folks at Valley will keep me out of trouble. Pete Naseth More
