My first experience with Alex was the friendliest, most honest, and most attentive car-buying experience I've ever had (and I'm in my 50s, so that means something). Alex is knowledgeable, concerned for his customers, and one of the hardest workers I've ever met in ANY field. When I brought my friend back to buy a car at Valley Nissan, I have to say, my friend was not all that polite--and Alex worked just as hard and with just as much care, enthusiasm and kindness as he did the first time around. Lewis is a great manager, too. He's fair and honest, and in car-buying, that's exactly what you need. I'll likely buy all my future cars from Valley Nissan. They made me a die-hard Nissan fan, and a die-hard return customer to Valley Nissan. Oh, also the finance guy we worked with--Philip I believe was his name--made the usually grueling finance session fun. He was honest, straightforward, and we were in and out in a matter of minutes.
