Returned after initial visit and had final agreement in less than 30 minutes. He listened to our positions and made them work as the final price was reached. After examining the car there were a couple things we noticed and they were taken care of very quickly. Was the most painfree experience we have had in making a car purchase. First time I didn't get frustrated at a car dealer We own a small business in Boulder county. It was time for a new van...we went to several locations in the area. The folks at Valley Nissan were fa We own a small business in Boulder county. It was time for a new van...we went to several locations in the area. The folks at Valley Nissan were fantastic. We test drove the vehicle we were looking for. Spoke for a while and came to an offer we both felt good about......but this is where I'd like to really make my point. Zac Fitzgerald and Willie Boyd real had a great way of helping us. The moment we hit the lot we were greeted by Willie. He asked us the details of our interests and showed us to the spot we needed to be....opened up some vans and got Zac to educate us on the model we choose. The entire event was great thus far. Then off to the haggling. .....so I thought. The offer on the table at first I was not super pleased. But a small conversation went a l9ng long way. Lou was kind enough to come back with the most van for the least money of the day. It was no crazy haggling or time wasted. I asked for the end of the conversation price and Zac worked very hard for me to insure my time nor money was to go to waste. And the accommodated every last thing including a ladder rack. I can't say enough for the experience I had today. We'll I can say this; we went to everyone else in town. I gave my hard earned money to Valley Nissan. Thanks again for the awesome van great service and we'll prepared sales folks. If you are reading this review and think about buying elsewhere. All I can say is you are missing out. These folks are there for you unlike most dealerships. Go check em out. You'll be glad you did. More
