Chris, the internet sales manager called me right back upon receiving my email about purchasing a 2011 Nissan Versa. I was very specific and particular about what I wanted and desired in the car. I was looking for the CVT Versa loaded with power, moonroof, premium and the Nav packages: no black, expresso, white or silver colors....tall order since they just came out! There was NEVER ANY PRESSURE from the start. He set out looking for what I wanted and even explained that they did not have the vehicle on the lot at that time. I expressed an interest in testing a CVT Versa to see how it behaved etc. Chris set it up for that evening for my wife and me (open until 9pm) and met my family there that night. It was not the car that we wanted but he went out of his way to make certain that I was able to say "yes" to the CVT trans BEFORE we looked at getting one. He ended up locating the car for me in the State of Colorado after numerous hours of searching that evening while we were test driving....EXACTLY what I had asked for....Did not attempt to sell me a 2010 like all the others did....He found what I had asked for the first time....no haggling, no strong arm sales tactics just open and honest upfront explainations. He even stayed until around 10:30 pm with us (1.5 hrs after the dealership closed and we did all the paperwork. It was very late and we came back in the morning to meet Chris and finish the financing and extras. Car was delivered that afternoon ready to go. Chris was very professional and the initial price we received was very fair and was within $100 of what we wanted to pay for the car....so there was NO bargaining. We just signed and were done with it. Everything was explained well, we added the 8 year, 120k warranty (again no strong arm sales tactics) and were given a VERY fair price to boot by the finance manager. Overall a VERY pleasant experience....NEVER had a car purchase go so smoothly. I just left it in Chris's hands and he took care of it all and we picked it up around dinner and drove it home. Would absolutely buy from them again without hesitation. Ask for Chris when YOU buy your Nissan....or better yet just email Chris and let him know what you want! More

I felt well taken care of by him and that he was my advocate. Carl was very warm, personable and accomodating. Michael in detail drove my new car home for me and I drove him back to Nissan. I really appreciated how he went out of his way for me and was fun to chat with on the way back! I also really appreciated the extra help and time that the man in financing gave me to to explain different financing options. My only frustration lay with a situation with tires and wheel alignment and my interaction with Jake in sales. When I first checked out the car and test drove it, I noticed that the tires were severely warn and would need to be replaced. Also noticed that the car pulled to the right during the test drive. Chris told me that the tires would be replaced and alignment fixed free of charge as they should have already been take care of before the car was shown. I was on the phone with Chris that week re negotiations, etc. One day he was off and I spoke to Jake who told me that I would have to pay xtra for new tires and alignment. He bumped up the price to over 17900, after I had already negotiated a price with Chris of much less. This was very frustrating for me, delayed the car purchase, and made me feel that I could not trust the dealership with this inconsistency. I then waited until Chris was back for further negotions. He did some damage control and made good on the deal. More
In all my days of car buying I have never had such a positive experience. Jake and Chris were extremely helpful and honest. There was no pressure or hard sell at all. I was buying a very low priced used car but they treated me as if I was buying a top end car, which was great. When it came time to negotiate the price I met with Carl. This is normally my worst nightmare; I hate bargaining. Despite that, I found Carl to be very funny and easy to work with. I was very happy with the outcome of our negotiation and drove away a happy customer. Although I didn't realize it at the time, it turns out that a friend of mine had also recently purchased a car at Valley. He had driven all the way from Colorado Springs to Longmont because he was so happy with their customer service. So I'm not the only one who thinks they are great!! All in all, I would absolutely recommend buying a car from Valley and I will certainly return there in the future for my next purchase. More

Dealer actually tries to charge more than advertised price for car. Charges way over book value for their vehicles and offers way below industry standard book value for trade in.
