That was really handy since we were out running errands with the family. They were friendly and courteous and we tried to make a deal. My kids were with us on a busy Saturday visit and were getting rambunctious so we left before signing papers, but really wanted the car. Came back on Monday and they gave us the same deal on the car we worked out on Saturday. Oscar and Zac went to the managers to make it happen. Thanks!! Totally worth the drive over from Brighton. Friendly folks and a great deal! The boys are excited to take the car and do some camping this summer. My wife and I saw a used vehicle we liked while walking through the lot at Valley Nissan yesterday and she came back in today with a possible trade-in and to consider purchase terms. The dealership offered much less than we were willing to accept on the trade and the ODD-NESS began when she tried to leave the dealership. The sales representatives turned high-pressure; they would not accept her no and she had difficulty leaving the dealership. After a while of trying to leave on her own she requested that they speak to me over the phone. I politely yet firmly told them that we were not interested and I thought this would be the end of it. I RECEIVED A CALL A FEW MINUTES LATER FROM "TOM, ONE OF [THEIR] FLOOR MANAGERS". Tom asked why we were no longer interested and I told him that we would try to sell our trade on our own and come back when we had more funds available. He proceeded to say "okay, but I wonder if I can help you with your problem" to which I responded "what problem is that sir"... to which he replied "THE ONE WHERE YOU ARE A LYING SACK OF SH!#"!!!! Yikes. Beware of this dealership. More
I was shopping for a new Nissan Frontier. At first I thought I wanted a manual transmission and they let me drive one over night. They were the only ones that offered me this chance. I found that I di thought I wanted a manual transmission and they let me drive one over night. They were the only ones that offered me this chance. I found that I didn't like the transmission because it aggrevated a shoulder injury and I was able to switch into an automatic with no issues. Every one was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the sales team at Valley Nissan. They were very helpful and were concerned for my needs. One of the owners even stopped by and offered his thanks for my business. I plan on bringing my new Frontier there for service. More

We went to USAA's car buying service and their price was $5,000 less. We went back to Valley and they immediately reduced their price by about the same amount. We began negotiations, and even came up with what we thought was an acceptable number. Then the financing guy came out with papers that were significantly different. That was explained away by telling us that we just didn't understand. James then tried to "make it right" by making the payment lower (by extending the term, etc.). We told him we weren't as worried about the payment as we were about the bottom line price. He brought us several more payment options, but still no bottom line. We walked out again. We went home and calculated the bottom line from his payments. We found that the price was $1,000 higher than we had agreed to, and we still had no written list of the fees. When we went back the next day, he explained that the problem was that we didn't know how to calculate payments. The salesman was great. He found a difficult-to-find vehicle, and tried to communicate what we wanted. He, and we, failed to do that. This dealership has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. More
Bait and switch tactics. Finance manager added on extra fees at the end and did not disclose. General manager said of the complaint "all I see is a signed contract on my desk". For a new car buying experience, we found this dealer to be satisfactory. Although no "new car buying" is every truly "fun" due to the high purchase price, we found this dealer and in particular our repres be satisfactory. I would highly recommend using Valley Nissan to purchase a vehicle. We purchased an Altima over the Internet as I knew what I wanted. Made the deal over the phone (which I might add was a GREAT deal)and signed the papers in the evening. He had the car to us the next day. Chris came in on his day off to personally give us the car. He gave us a short tutorial about the car, which was very helpful. He has also answered questions via email that I have had about the car. I was also impressed that it had a full tank of gas when I drove off the lot. Am planning on using them to service the car too even though another dealership is closer to us. This is our second purchase with Valley in Longmont and won’t be our last. More
Chris Wiser was great. He helped us find the Nissan Juke we had been looking for. Unfortunatley, my wife was desperate for a car and we didn't get a very good deal. It is when we went to the finance office to finish the deal is when Valley Nissan showed their true colors. Bill, the finance manager went over the numbers and asked if we wanted tinted windows, interior stain treatment etc. We signed that we did not want any of those items. After the contract was printed up I noticed a charge for $335 for theft protection/ etched glass. I told Bill we absolutly did not ask for that. Bill got on the phone and called the manager and played this game like they were going to have to take those items off the car. What a lie! The car came in that day, had the depot tags on it, hadn't been detailed yet, and we looked at it before going to detail. Nothing was ever added to this vehicle. There were no mechanics in the store that night and there was only one detailer working on 4 cars. I have never been so mad. They blantley tried to get another $335 dollars from me after I almost paid full price for the vehicle. Again, if my wife had not been so desperate for a car I would have walked out of the dealership at that moment. I will never buy from Valley nissan again. I wished i would have checked the BBB first. After shopping dealers statewide we found that Valley was the dealership for us to work with. It just felt right from the beginning. Let's face it, any dealer in the state has access to the new vehicle that you are interested in purchasing. However,other dealer's were not as curteous, knowledgeable,or genuine as the staff at Valley. After two months of research, comparison shopping and talking to other dealers we felt that we had a great fit with Valley. The sales staff respected my request to limit our correspondence to email rather than telephone calls and any questions that came up were answered in a very timely and informative manner. We never felt any pressure from the sales staff and felt that overall we had a very pleasant buying experience. We never felt like this was just another sale to them and that our experience had became personalized meeting our needs and exceeding our expectaions.
