Flenniken who pretty much started yelling at us saying we "wasted" their time and that we "owe" and need to apologize to the person who took us for a test drive. Huh? What! That is your job!!!! Besides we gave them a number we were comfortable paying and if they couldn't make it work thats fine. No one was obliged to get anything from anyone here. Jason was extremely rude and if even he gives us a car for free we will NEVER consider it. Stay away from this place!!!! More

There was no pressure to buy and he really took his time with us. Even the finance officer was great. He explained everything in terms anyone could understand and even injected a bit of humor into it. He is perfect for his job. Thanks to both of them. We are very happy with our new CRV EX. More
Changed the purchase amount on lease agreement! The salesman I was working with told me the monthly cost after changing the money factor to .0019. I agreed. Then, I signed the lease agreement, but didn't look at the selling price since we already had agreed on the price to be $37,987. I looked at everything else. I noticed the next day while looking over the agreement again that the finance manager changed the purchase price to $38,285 without ever telling me. I was outraged. I called and spoke to the finance manager and had a discussion and he said that anything the salesman says to me verbally doesn't matter and that he changed the price since I was fine with the new monthly amount. I told him that I was fine with it based on the agreed upon amount in the email they sent to me. Told the salesman he was sleazy and asked how he can look at himself in the mirror? I then spoke with the general manager and explained to him the entire story. He said basically the same thing that the salesman said. That was no surprise. I asked him if it is a common practice for their dealership to change the purchase price without telling their customers and he said he would not answer that question. I told him that he did just answer that question by telling me he would not answer it and it's people like him and the salesman who give car dealers a bad reputation. I will be contacting Honda consumer affairs and also telling my story in many different places on the internet. More

I asked the best time to come the service lady currently working said late afternoon typically. So I drove all the way there (note 25minute drive for me and my day off work wasting time driving there for nothing) then was told I needed an appointment by the gentleman who waited on me. I told him I had just called and spoke to a lady then the only lady working there said she never spoke to anyone about state inspection. I was never apologized to once. An untruthful employee is extremely poor custumor service. This was my first experience here and my last. The least they could have done was apologize and offer an appointment but no she just bluntly lied to me and her coworker. More

Kelsey Brazell was SO helpful, informative, patient & I did not feel pressured at any time throughout the whole process. I have leased 3 vehicles from other dealerships in the past and I always walk away feeling like something wasn't right and questioning if I made the right decision but at Valley Honda I did not feel like this at all. Kelsey kept open communication with me in the week after my test drive as far as what documents she needed from me to make sure the day I signed my lease went smoothly. She also answered the many questions I had about color options and such promptly and was extremely helpful. After I signed all the paperwork Kelsey took the time to show me how to sync my phone with the Bluetooth in the CRV and explained some features more thoroughly which was wonderful! I will absolutely recommend Valley Honda and Kelsey to anyone I know who is looking for a car. More

Never again! Back in 2010 I walked into valley Honda & bought a brand new 2010 Honda Civic ex. It was my first new car, thought it was gonna be my only new car as Back in 2010 I walked into valley Honda & bought a brand new 2010 Honda Civic ex. It was my first new car, thought it was gonna be my only new car as I intended to pay it off & run it until I couldn't run in anymore. I should've known by the customer service that it wasn't a great idea. It ran great for the first 3 yrs, now problems. Then my windows started chattering, they fixed passenger side but not the drivers side (kept greasing it). This past year it was giving me ignition problems, shifting bad in 1st & 2nd gear (it's an automatic), delaying when I pulled out then taking off ( almost got creamed by a rig once with my daughter in the car), stunk all the time like sulfur/eggs. Took it to a friends garage & he pulled the O2 sensor & showed me with a bore cam that the cat was clogged. Back to Honda I went, they replaced some other sensors & basically told me I was nuts. Took it an additional 15 or so times, dealt with crappy customer service( especially Flo...seems very annoyed), & had no luck getting it fixed. When to Honda north, they said I needed a engine air filter, basically told me I was nuts, washed my car, & charged me $100. Took it to my friends garage, he pulled the engine filter, it appeared pretty clean until he flipped it over & it appeared to have oil on it but not a drop in the housing.....hmmm? Guess someone dumped oil on it so they could charge me for a filter huh? So after fighting this past year with Honda dealerships ($100 a pop), Honda direct, my warranty company, & getting absolutely nowhere..... I had to let go of the car I otherwise loved & intended to keep??. I bought a new 2015 Kia with a forever warranty @ Jim Shorkey Kia & I am very satisfied with kia. NEVER BUING A HONDA AGAIN! And I make sure I tell people why! More

The following day I returned to the dealership to complain. Salesman Dan Lauric admitted to me that he was told about the damage by the detail man at the time of the washing. This information was kept from me until the sale was completed. General Manager Steve Werksman stated that the only warranty was the powertrain, and refused to do anything about the condition. He even refused my request to check the headlights for proper alignment. He state that it had passed inspection, If so, why wasn't the damage to the headlight fixture noticed by the mechanic doing the inspection. Mr Werksman even stated, "How do I know YOU didn't do it! I had emailed & spoke with Edan regarding the kind of car I wanted, my I had a great experience at Valley Honda. Our sales person was Edan Alexander. I had emailed & spoke with Edan regarding the kind of car I wanted, my price point and the accessories I also wanted to have for the car. He said not to worry, recognized my loyalty to the dealership and was very prompt in contacting me with a price. I met up with him & he was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. We went over the sales agreement together and was very thorough on reviewing the sales detail. This dealership is very service oriented and has lots of integrity. That is what I like in a dealership. He took his time and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership for their fair pricing, low key and helpful sales staff and an awesome service department. I would ask for Edan Alexander to be your salesperson. You will not be disappointed with Valley Honda! More
