I visited Valley Honda because I was looking to purchase a gently used Honda Accord. I had visited nearby dealerships and had good experiences. However, Mr. Carlino's expertise, knowledge and sincere helpfulness was what made me purchase my car at Valley Honda. Mr. Carlino was very easy to contact after our initial visit and made the entire experience very easy. He was very upfront and honest with our questions and concerns. When a small flaw was identified on the grill of the vehicle I intended to purchase, Mr. Carlino had it replaced immediately (in only one day!). I have always had Fords and was really impressed with the Accord that I test drove. Thur negotitions with Joe we finally came to an agreement and we bought a car. Two weeks later we bought another Honda Civic for my wife. Joe explained every operation of each of the cars until we understood all the features of which were many. He took his time and explained some of them more that once, until we understood how they worked. I will tell friends, family and co-workerd about our wonderful experience at your dealership. Due to my bank not treating me well, my father had suggested that we go to the Valley Honda Dealership. My father had recently bought a new 2013 CR-V from Joe Carlino and because of his good experience, my father wanted me to also go to the Honda Dealership and meet Joe, as well as the rest of the team. Joe treated me as if I was his own daughter when buying this new car. He was very nice, attentive, and personable. He was very informational about the cars, as he answered every question I had. He walked me through the whole process of buying my first car. He also did not pressure me in any way and made sure that I was comfortable in the choice that I was making, as well as helped me make sure I was getting my money's worth. He kept in touch with me through phone calls and was very helpful in making sure my insurance was in place before I signed any papers. The process was very quick, as Joe also knew that I was going on vacation in a few days and wanted to drive my new car to the beach, so he did what he could to help me make that happen. I would most definitely refer anyone I know to Joe and continue to come back as a happy customer. Mike was also very helpful in giving me a good financial deal with buying my first car. He explained all the paperwork very clearly and concisely. He was professional but also friendly, which made the whole process less intimidating.
