I was looking for car last week (Sept 2013 first week). I shopped with a different dealer by contacting over the internet and visited their shop for a test drive. At the end of the day, I was frustrated wi I shopped with a different dealer by contacting over the internet and visited their shop for a test drive. At the end of the day, I was frustrated without buying the vehicle and then send an email to Valley Honda stating that I am looking for 2013 Honda Civic and ready to buy in a week. Next day (Friday, Sep 6th) I received an email from Christy Schmieler with Price Quote. The price was right and she explained all my options in the email. I called Christy around 11 AM on Friday and discussed the details on the price and the colors of the vehicle available. I also informed her that I will be visiting the shop around 4 PM with my wife. The visit to Valley Honda was great. In 10 minutes we made a decision to make the purchase after the cars available in the lot. Working with Christy was great. She is very knowledgeable. Though we have focused on a specific model, she explained the options available in different models in Honda Civic. She didn't apply any pressure. Once we made the decision around 4:15 PM, She rushed to make sure I can take the vehicle on the same day. She took care of all the paper work and drove with a new car around 5:30 PM. What else to say about Christy. She is very professional in her work and took care of everything related to the purchase for us. It was very pleasant for me and my wife to work with her on this purchase. I am strongly recommending Christy to my family and friends. More

It took me almost a month to figure out what I wanted. I looked at everything that was a small car like chevy, toyota, etc. and while the cars were fine the sales people were not pleasant or helpful. All they wanted was to sell me a car or if I was not buying I was not worth their time. I went to valley honda because I had heard good things and wanted to drive the civic. I met Jeff and he could not have been nicer. We sat down and talked about what I wanted and then he showed me all about the car and test drove the civic. I liked it but not ready to buy it yet and Jeff talked to me a little bit more and said when I was ready to let him know. No pressure and someone who treated me like a person, what a difference from the other places where I had been. I went home and decided a few days later I was ready. Came back in, met with Jeff again and picked the civic and the color I wanted. The lady who did my paper work was very sweet and gave me a good price on a service contract. I was really stressed trying to find the right car and then going to this honda place made me realize that I should have started here first. I have already recommended people to go here. More
