I located the 2007 Honda CR-V by visiting the dealer's website. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately welcomed and assisted by the receptionist who paired me with my salesman, Frank dealer's website. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately welcomed and assisted by the receptionist who paired me with my salesman, Frank Moyer within 1 minutes of my having arrived. Frank was courteous and helpful, retrieving the keys to the vehicle and escorting me to it promptly. Frank was professional and informative during our test drive, answering all of my questions and more. The negotiating process was cordial, low pressure and enjoyable. After striking a deal, the financing department handled that end of things with equal skill, kindness and professionalism. Overall, this was the single best car buying experience that I have had in recent memory - I will most definitely return to this dealership and I will most definitely recommend my sales consultant, Frank Moyer.
