I would never visit this dealership. Mr. Gregory promised a call back on Monday and did not return the call. Called and left a message on Tuesday and he did not return call. Call back and told by the receptionist that he was out sick today. Have a friend call back not even 3 minutes later and guess what MR. ROBERT GREGORY answers the phone sponky as all get out. SMH terrible service for a car dealership to conduct. To think I had a friend that was going to buy a brand new CR-V from this man on Thursday morning. Wlep they lost that sale and any others that mention going to this dealership to me. More

Having purchased many new and used cars in my lifetime, I learned that dealing with some car sales reps is daunting, and often one must suffer through the phoniness AND pressure. I am so glad i had Joe Carlino sell me my car. It was very personal and hard to give up my old car because of its sentimental and personal value i had associated to it. Joe was and is not just a salesman he a great human being. He was so understanding through this whole situation. Not just sensitive to the fact i am a single gal who works a lot and makes tons of other payments.But also sensitive to what i wanted and needed as a customer but more as a human being. Most people dread going to car dealership and dealing with often steriotyped salesman. Well you wont find that in Joe he treats people right and with respect without being pushy AT ALL. He can turn the grumpiest person into a cheerful one. You will leave the dealership smiling because maybe you didnt leave with exactly what you came in there looking for but he will find you something BETTER.
