I want to write about the concern for the buyer, the professionalism and courtesy rendered by Michael Black. It was excellent compared to the several other dealerships visited by my wife and I. I believe this dealership is blessed to have the Micheal Blacks, Joe Carlinos and the Edie Cardamones to help us decide our vehicle we chose to buy. What was most heartfelt was the "no pressure" attitude that Michael had when discussing our purchase. I will recommend to any of my friends the need to at least stop at your dealership and compare the automobiles and more importantly the professional staff you have before buying a vehicle. Michael is an A+ and his fellow worker, Joe Carlino was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. It was an A+ experience for my wife and I. I have been looking for a used honda for a while and finally found one that worked with a good price. Emailed Valley Honda and dealt with Jeff and he was great. I have never been a Honda owner, but my son-in-law swears by them. Since I was in the market for a new vehicle, I decided to take a look at a CRV after reading about them. Upon entering the dealership, I was introduced to Frank Moyer. I was not really interested in talking to anyone at this point so he left me alone till I had questions for him. He explained features of the CRV and I left the showroom. I visited the dealership a second time to take a test drive of the CRV. It was a great ride and Frank continued to explain features of the vehicle. What I really appreciated about Frank up to now was that he never pressured me or asked for my name and phone number in order to keep in touch. (I visited a Mazda dealership where the salesman did not know very much about the car I was interested in and needed my name and phone number. I received a follow-up call which I did not appreciate!) I visited another Honda dealer where I was not made to feel comfortable in addition to feeling like they really did not want to accommodate me and my needs. They also needed my name and phone number in order to leave their show room. So I went back to Valley Honda and Frank Moyer. It was here that I chose to purchase a new CRV with Frank Moyer as my salesman. He made me feel like a friend and welcomed my business. We completed the necessary paper work and scheduled a pick-up date. (He took the time to show me MY CRV before I left that day.) On the pick-up day, my CRV was ready, clean and Frank spent time with me getting to know my new car. He also offered further help with the many features in the event that I forget their operation. I would recommend Valley Honda AND Frank Moyer to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
