My entire purchasing experience was awesome from the moment I walked through the door. Jeff was perfect in explaining the inventory, listening to my needs and showing me what fit in my budget. We had looked at Shadyside Honda since it was closer for us; however both experiences were negative. We are very happy with our decision overall. The two things that I miss; and wish the car had; an automatic starter for cold days, and beeping as you back up the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, the employee that we had an appointment with had called off sick, so Joe agreed to assist us in shopping for a used CR-V. Joe also recommended another CR-V that he knew a lot about the condition and previous owner. We test drove the car at Joe's recommendation and found it to be exactly as he described. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and Joe tended to us attentively while the sale was processed. When it comes time to replace our second vehicle, we will definitely call Joe first! More

Jason emailed me as a result of me visiting the Honda exhibit at the Pittsburgh Auto Show. I was planning on waiting till the 2015 models started arriving to buy. Meanwhile I was liking the Mazda CX5 pus exhibit at the Pittsburgh Auto Show. I was planning on waiting till the 2015 models started arriving to buy. Jason was even more friendly and helpful after the sale was completed. He followed up days later buy email and told me how to reset the trip counter.
