CRV 2016 bad brakes I bought a 2016, CRV May 28, 2019. beginning of September I started to hear a grinding and screeching in my back right tire and when I put on the brak I bought a 2016, CRV May 28, 2019. beginning of September I started to hear a grinding and screeching in my back right tire and when I put on the brakes. I spoke to Joanne, from Valley Honda service department thought it was the brakes. In my conversation with Joanne, she said, " If the problem is the brakes, we will not cover the cost to have the brakes replaced and never ever have covered the cost of brakes. There is no possible way that me driving my car from May-September and putting on 2,000 miles that my 2016, CRV had 100% good brakes when I drove off Valley Honda's lot in May. Valley Honda jeopardized my safety and my family members by not having 100% brakes on my car when I purchased the car. I am disappointed and displeased that a car dealer would risk a customer's safety and morally be okay with this service. More
[BEWARE of this dealership!!!] I took my 2018 CRV which I purchased from Valley Honda for the first tire rotation for the vehicle on April 22nd 2019. So much pathetic and lethargic I took my 2018 CRV which I purchased from Valley Honda for the first tire rotation for the vehicle on April 22nd 2019. So much pathetic and lethargic was their service that they only rotated tire of the right two tires and didn't rotate the left tires and they charged me a full fee for the rotation. As I had numbered all tires, they were caught red handed and had to rotate for the left two tires. The service tech was such an unprofessional guy who worked on my vehicle that he damaged all 4 of my alloy wheels with multiple scratch marks on the alloy wheels and fully scuffed all the inner wells for the lug nuts with Impact Torque Wrench while removing and tightening the lug nuts. On showing this damage to their service dept., the advisor said and agreed that their service director will call me back and address the issue, but they never bothered to call or address the issue. I have made multiple follow ups with dealership via email and phone and they never return the call or reply to my sent email. I even called the owner of the dealership and he too never returns back the call and it goes to voice mail. I even sent a note via service advisor to talk to dealership owner, but he never returned back my message. I have filed case with American Honda and they too ask me to deal directly with the dealership and washed off their responsibility. This dealership has been pathetic with their behavior and workmanship and handle vehicle irresponsibly or have no concern for your vehicle. Others BEWARE of visiting this dealership (Valley Honda at Monroeville, PA), and visit at your own risk ONLY, OR you may get your brand new vehicle damaged for the simplest job performed by them. Owner, Service Manager don’t care about customers! Unfortunately after being a regular customer at Valley Honda without problems, I was taken advantage of and treated unfairly by the service department Unfortunately after being a regular customer at Valley Honda without problems, I was taken advantage of and treated unfairly by the service department, When I called to inquire about getting a new headlight in my Acura, I was told it could be ordered by the service manager Anita and an appointment was scheduled. When I arrived the day of the appointment, I asked how much it would be and was quoted $42-$50 by Amanda. About an hour later, I received a call telling me the headlight was $186 + $75 for labor. Despite talking to Anita, the service manager, who was very rude to me and blamed me saying “you were adamant to coming here.” (which made no sense whatsoever), it wasn’t until I pushed and pushed until she agreed to subtract the labor costs. Still not being satisfied, I spoke with Bob Graham, the owner, who was just as unfair and stuck by her side after a private conversation. I always thought businesses were supposed to put the customer first but not in this case. I don’t know how these people sleep at night and they did not apologize for their mistakes nor was I fairly compensated. I found out shortly thereafter I could have gotten the same bulb on eBay FOR $35! I would have never had it installed if I was given the correct information. Please, if you can avoid this Honda dealership, do so. (Even one of the employees in service said “sometimes things happen in life. He knew I got a raw deal.) More

From the moment I inquired about a new car the entire process was about me and what worked best. No hassles with pricing, trade in, financing, delivery etc. Dan Lauric was my sales rep and did an extremely amazing job! Every detail was met throughout the process and delivery was flawless. The entire staff at Valley Honda was exceptional. More

They continue to maze me with the level of attention to all details that meet and exceed customer expectations. If you want to buy a car from a dealer that does things right I highly recommend Valley Honda. You drive into their indoor heated service reception area where a employee greats you immediately. After identifying your reason for the visit you are directed into the Service Department office where several other polite and courteous employees (I was helped by Merann) are waiting to help. After verifying what you want done today you are offered the very nicest waiting area I’ve ever seen in 45 years of buying cars all over the area. Clean, well lit, open and spacious room with numerous comfortable chairs, tables and even numerous work stations or you can go into a showroom area that has many more tables and chairs. Coffee (regular or decaf) and several vending machines with cold drinks and snacks are in between the two waiting areas. Big screen. TV, Guest Internet connectivity, clean bathrooms located beside the main waiting are too. Both the appointment setting, scheduling to meet my availability and clarity of what they recommended for my visit were matched by the details reviewed by Merann. Initial cost estimates were given and one additional service suggestion was also discussed as was the cost and reason for the recommendation. Car was serviced by the technicians promptly and Service employees came to get me when it was done. I don’t believe there is anyway they could have done their jobs better, provided a better experience or thought of anything else to make the visit better. At 8;15 AM there was already the days newspapers on e tables, a cell or iPad charging station, a interesting and tastefully done history of their nearly 100 years in business on the wall, a magazine rack with a dozen publication and a coat rack. Really impressive, a reflection of the owners and managers focus on providing a great customer experience. 5 Star Service, 5 Start Dealer More
Perfectly smooth, as it should be I requested a price for a 2018 Honda CRV EXL AWD online. I decided not to pull the trigger at that time. One year later I called the salesman back tha I requested a price for a 2018 Honda CRV EXL AWD online. I decided not to pull the trigger at that time. One year later I called the salesman back that sent me the online quote. I asked him if he was still selling that car at invoice. He said yes, I asked him about the car I saw a online and he said it will be ready whenever I show up. It was ready when I arrived. I drove it and 1 hour later I was on my way. I sold my current car to a friend so I did not have to deal with a trade in. it was an awesome car purchase experience. More
worst car buying experience ever Purchasing a car through Valley Honda was every bit the nightmare that I remember the car buying experience being. The salesman, Jeff Katchen, was co Purchasing a car through Valley Honda was every bit the nightmare that I remember the car buying experience being. The salesman, Jeff Katchen, was condescending. His comment about my old car, repeated to me as a quote from “his manager”, was insulting; I knew very well that my car was not worth any money, but to be told that it “was a piece of junk and I was lucky that it had not broken down” was uncalled for. Quite honestly, I drove it for so long because I knew what a hassle I was in for replacing it. It certainly gave me better service that Jeff did. When I purchased the car (despite Jeff’s attitude), he told me that he would check back with me in a few days; there is no record of any phone call from him on my telephone. Jeff assured me as I left the dealership that he would personally contact my insurance company regarding the new car. His failure to do so set me up for potential liability. Apparently he was too busy visiting with his wife and dog during the sale to pay any attention to his customer. On a final note, I’ve NEVER bought a car before that came with less than a full tank of gas; how cheap can the dealership be to sell one with only half a tank? More
New car purchase. I had taken my Accord in for a minor problem I had with the trunk lid. While there, I was looking at a new Civic that was in the showroom. I had asked I had taken my Accord in for a minor problem I had with the trunk lid. While there, I was looking at a new Civic that was in the showroom. I had asked Jeff if he had any others in a different color. He showed me 2. I choose one and an hour and a half later I was on my way home in a new car. There was no pressure to buy. Jeff and the finance dept did a wonderful job. I will return..... I really wasn't looking to buy a new car. More
