Initially, I had such hesitation visiting a car dealership, as I have not had good experiences previously in the car-buying process. Additionally my credit is less than stellar, so I was afraid I dealership, as I have not had good experiences previously in the car-buying process. Additionally my credit is less than stellar, so I was afraid I would not be getting a good deal (and even when my credit was better, never walked away feeling like the Dealer/Salesperson I dealt with was fair with me). But after some email correspondences with Frank, I felt comfortable enough to come (from afar) to meet with him. Immediately, I felt at ease with him. He was friendly and helpful in showing me the car/test driving and in answering any questions/concerns I had. He was also very patient in helping me through the Financing process and even got on the phone to contact my Insurance company for me. I walked away with a great car and more importantly, feeling like my salesperson had my best interest at heart. This is by far the best car buying experience for me, thus far...thanks to Frank Joubran! More

Had started correspondence with Frank by e-mail and phone the day before I went in to buy a car. I had been shopping around with local dealerships with little luck in terms of customer service and inventory the day before I went in to buy a car. I had been shopping around with local dealerships with little luck in terms of customer service and inventory (both seemed to suck in the Inland Empire). He laid out everything, worked with my financing info to find the best options and rates for me (checked several lenders), and proposed a good price that was well below the Edmunds suggested price range for a 2012 Accent. He had the opportunity to upsell me to a larger model vehicle that I showed some interest in, but (luckily) he suggested that the Accent was more than enough for my uses, keeping me from throwing another $2k at a car. One thing that should be noted here is that Frank not only gave me a good price, but he drove 45 minutes to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I'm not sure about other people and departments at the dealership. It seems that some people have had bad experiences with other employees there, but I'll vouch for the simplicity and ease of the whole process that Frank facilitated. The only thing that took time for me at the store was test driving and deciding on which color I wanted. The paperwork and allThe other internet sales associate, Kevin, seemed like a decent guy, too.
