He was very helpful in transerfering my personal items from my old car to my new car. I would definitely recommend him to someone interested in a Hyundai. The sales managers were very nice as well, not something you usually find in a dealership. Overall, everyone was very kind, accomadating and helpful. Thanks Kevin! More
Mark is always friendly and easy to work with. I went into the dealership, looking for a Genesis Coupe. I was very fortunate that Kevin worked with me. He was extremely understanding of what i was looking for and worked incredibly well with me. I felt I was very fortunate that Kevin worked with me. He was extremely understanding of what i was looking for and worked incredibly well with me. I felt completely at ease, under no pressure at all to buy the car. We spoke on a more personal level and that enabled be to connect with him. He let me test drive the car, and was very helpful in showing me all the perks of the car. Kevin made me feel comfortable, and i know i made a smart choice in choosing Tustin Hyundai. More
OC Tustin Hyundai earned my business! I got the exact car (Model/Trim/Color) I was in search for: a gray 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited model. Although I couldn't get the type of discount that another dealersh (Model/Trim/Color) I was in search for: a gray 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited model. Although I couldn't get the type of discount that another dealership offered to me (Hardin Hyundai gave me their invoice pricing, but no Limited model in stock), I still didn't end up paying sticker (like many others) and Tustin Hyundai stepped up on my trade to make the deal happen. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my decision during and the after-sale process. Everyone at that dealership is friendly, and I'd recommend those interested in a brand new Hyundai to definitely give them a try :) More

This personally was not my first choice of dealership to go to, but out of all the dealership it was the one that supposedly provided the most needs. For a purchased of a new Hyundai Elantra 2012, I went to go to, but out of all the dealership it was the one that supposedly provided the most needs. For a purchased of a new Hyundai Elantra 2012, I went to many dealerships and this by far was the worse experience of my life. I visited this place three times, one with my boyfriend and another time with my parents. The first time I came, Marcos left a very good impression which led us to come back to sign contracts for this car. The second time, unfortunately, Marcos was busy and he introduced us to another dealer, he was manageable, but not quite the same impression. I honestly had a bad feeling while discussing matters with him. He went over quite some things and he kept REPEATING the idea about free unlimited car-wash & free 8 oil changes. Despite the fact that the price for this car was more expensive at this dealership than any other dealership for Hyundai, the customer courtesy via the car-wash and oil change, won my dad over. However, the car was going to take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. During that time, they also gave me a loaner car, even though I have to say it was a bad car, I did not mind, as long as I had a car for college. ***I have to add, the reason why the car was more expensive than other dealership was because they had to charge extra for the cargo net, the floor mats, the Ipod wire outlet. I personally did not need an Ipod outlet which cost like 30 dollar extra when I can always buy it on Ebay or Amazon for a couple of dollars. And I have always thought new cars came with floor mats without charge or already charged with the car. Around three weeks, I did not hear much from the dealer. I personally had to call him to check up on the status & he did not know when it would arrive. I took it as if he did not care about his customer as long as we already signed and have a down payment for the car. Finally it was here, as excited as I was, it did not last long. He went over the basics of the car, mentioning the free unlimited car-wash and the every other free oil change...excuse me? WHAT? So basically I have to pay for four oil changes of $30, $120, $230, $330 (prices range around the prices listed) depending on mileage and in between I get a free oil change? Why was this not mention before? Why did he lure us in, repeating these customer courtesy over and over again, and not speak the truth of it? After the big fuse of going back and forth with the dealer, he stood up and went to talk to his boss, came back and told us this is how the program works and we can not change it. Rudely he said, Do you want to cancel your payment, I can easily sell this car to someone else. We responded, "Yes." He replied, "You won't find any other dealership as cheap as ours." UNTRUE, Harbor Hyundai in Long Beach, Ca was cheaper. So I guess on top of being rude, he likes to talk down on other Hyundai dealerships.. I personally do not give a damn about the all this free stuff, but for a dealer to be this shady and have no respect or guilt in how he treated his customers, I can never forgive. Does he take honor in cheating or being greedy in order to sell a car? I truly believe that you are able to be honest and upfront with customers and still have a successful business. The dealer, RAUL ODIN, left me with burning, hot, angry tears. If I am able to still have every image of this unsatisfactory in order to write this review, imagine how bad I felt that day at the dealership. ***On the side note, during the financial process, we gave the guy the money & he counted it and walk somewhere with it, but we sat there anxiously waiting for a receipt. We had to ask Marcos, the dealer, about it & he was able to get us one. It was not his job to. I believe it is important to judge a dealership upon their employees. Every single employee is what makes up this dealership and to even have one bad one, it really can change a judgement. **Despite the fact that Marcos was being nice, he did mention he was new at the dealership, however Raul supposedly had 10 years of experience, so with that said, for a miserable experience, do come here. I am the proud owner of a brand new Hyundai Tucson, and love it. My previous car was a BMW Z4. The differences between the Hyundai dealership and the BMW dealership were immense. The follow up phone cal love it. My previous car was a BMW Z4. The differences between the Hyundai dealership and the BMW dealership were immense. The follow up phone calls from Craig started the day after I bought my car, and they continue to this day, asking if there's anything they can do for me, if I'm happy, etc. etc. I've had my car for about 6 weeks now. After I bought my Z4, not once did I get a follow up call from BMW in Newport Beach!! They sold me my car, and that was that! This dealership gives free car washes for as long as you own the car and I'm there without fail, at least once a week. Mark, in Service, goes out of his way to help me when I take my car in for a wash, and goes the extra mile for me. Trina, also in Service, patiently helps me figure out how to get my Ipod to work, the bluetooth for my phone to work, and I'm sure with any other questions I might have. I love my car, and I love OC Tustin Hyundai :-) More
I took my car into Tustin Hyundai for its complimentary oil change. Mark Rodelo is the customer Advocate Service Advisor which gave me such awesome service. Mark handled my order with speed, great frien oil change. Mark Rodelo is the customer Advocate Service Advisor which gave me such awesome service. Mark handled my order with speed, great friendly conversation, and informative information such as what I could do in the nearby area if I did not want to wait at Tustin Hyundai, the fast foods, restaurants, which was very close by. I asked if Mark if he could assist me with placing the license plate on the front and back, which he did with a smile. Mark also was a wealth of knowledge, informing me the mileage that the Hyundai Sonata should go before the next oil change. Which I needed to know, because my last vechicle had a slightly different mileage amount. I'm very impressed with Mark Rodelo, and hope all of Hyundai Service Advisors are the same. Thank you, Sam Hurst More
