I had the best experience at OC Hyundai that I've ever had purchasing and leasing vehicles for almost 40 years! We also met internet salesman Troy, who was very personable and gracious. We were so impressed with Sonata during our test drive & Steve's and the information Steve provided us regarding its quality that we were sold. Our only dilemna was deciding on the color and trim! We felt no pressure, like at other dealerships. We had a great time discussing the quality and cutting edge technology of Hyundai, and surprised that Hyundai research and design is in Aliso Viejo, Orange County, California, and the cars manufactured in Alabama. The entire transaction (including test drive) took only 2-hours, most of which consisted of friends sharing common values and discussing family, OC Hyundai's integrity, quality service, and outreach to the community. My wife and I asked John about the photographs on the walls that reflect OC Hyundai's commitment to helping important programs and charities in the community with monetary donations. We were touched by John Patterson's ethics and focus on the community. When I shared that I'm President of the Board of Directors of KidSingers, the only non-profit performing arts program for one-hundred and fifty at-risk children from grades 3 to 12 in Orange County, John immediately offered a donation to the program. My wife and I were astounded and humbled by his generosity.
