I went to Tustin Hyundai on a weekend and Elliot from the dealership received me and my friends. He was very patient and explained me about the base and premium packages along with 2T and 3.8 differences. I dealership received me and my friends. After test drive I went back to San Diego asking him for sometime to think about it. He was not pushy and the manager Frank was also friendly explaining about financing options. After a couple of weeks, Elliot followed up with me and I mentioned about the price quote I got at a local dealer in San Diego. Once I forwarded the copy of price quote I got, Elliot followed up with me and told that he would match the OTD price. When I went back the following weekend, Elliot have the vehicle ready for me and the finance person Sheryl had finished all the paperwork within 30 min. She explained me about additional warranty but was never pushy. She also worked with my credit union directly. When I went back the next day(which was yesterday) to drive back my new car, Elliot once again explained me everything with a short demo on the safety features. Ask for Elliot Rouff when you visit the dealership. Among the 3 dealerships I personally visited, Tustin treated me so nicely without being pushy, compared to other dealerships where they change their tone once you say you are not going to buy today. Btw I came to know that Elliot was a professional racer in 70s (I was surprised to know that). I worked with Elliot, Frank and Sheryl from Tustin and all three are super friendly. More
Wow...great experience. At 7:40 am I had a sudden opening in my calendar...so I used Hyundai Blue Link "Service LInk" command from my car to see if I could schedule my 7500 mile service. The Blue Link agent booked my appointment at OC/Tustin Hyundai for 8am. I arrived at 7:59am...by 8:03 my car was already being serviced. A sat in a comfortable, clean and quiet waiting room and got a of email catch up work done. A little less than an hour later...Jeff came to tell me my car was done, oil changed, tires rotated...even washed and vac'd. I got a receipt and a vehicle inspection showing that everything was done and that my car was checked , fluids filled, etc. All for a very fair price. This kind of service makes life easy. Kevin is the most honest and communicative car sales associate I've ever worked with, and it was a very pleasant, headache-free transaction to purchase my end of lease 2010 Genesis. The original dealer where I leased the car, 101 Vermont Hyundai -- DO NOT GO THERE -- tried to add on $1000 to the residual price of my leased car without telling me. Good thing I knew the residual price from the original lease contract, and when questioning the extra $1K, which they called a "refinance" fee that every dealer, Hyundai, GM, Ford, etc charges to buy out a leased vehicle. When I contacted Kevin, he found out and explained in detail that dealers usually charge $500 for safety inspection and smog check before selling a leased vehicle. That was good enough for me, and I drove 50 miles to make the deal with Kevin and Tustin Hyundai. How many sales associates actually take the time to find out stuff like that and then actually inform the customer? Kevin is not looking to squeeze every last possible dime out of you. He is genuinely trying to pair customers to the car they want at a fair price - after all, everyone has to eat. When we upgrade our other car to an Equus, we're going to Kevin. More

Bill Farris is an extraordinary salesperson. He made my new car buying process seamless! I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours! We had negotiated most everything through the internet, I went in filled out the paperwork and in 2 hours was sitting in my new shiny Sonata. There were no surprises, no pressure and no changes to anything already stated. It was an absolutely fantastic experience due to the efforts of Bill. I had a wonderful experience working with Bill first through email then over the phone negotiating the price. Bill even came in on his day off to walk me through using all of the controls, radio, and syncing my phone with the car's Bluetooth. I would also like to point out that Cheryl in Finance was very warm and friendly when she went over all of the paper work with my wife and I, and Chad (another salesman) took his time to start showing me the options on my car while I waited for Bill to come in on his day off. I met Bill Farris as I walked in and he took care of my every need right from the beginning. He never pressured me into something that I didn't want or need. He listened to my situation and needs and found me the right car at the right price. He treated me with great dignity and respect. The vehicle that I was looking for was not on site, so he found it in Riverside and it was there the very next day. Bill kept in touch with me the entire time, and let me know what the status was on the vehicle and the loan. During the vehicle delivery, Bill had the patience and knowledge to show me all aspects of the vehicle and it's features. I felt very comfortable with his experience and kindness. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 35 years, and Bill is the best salesman that I have ever met. It was a very quick and painless process and he made me feel even better about buying a brand new Hyundai. I am very happy with the car and look forward to visiting the dealer again for future needs.
