By far the worst dealership I have ever done business with and will never ever do so again. This place is shady. Especially the finance dept. Bill Farris' business card reads "Customer Advocate" above his management title, and that was truly exemplified in my experience. This was much more than top notch customer service - every step of the way there was no pressure and an overwhelming sense of genuine care for my family. Even employees not involved in the transaction were quick to ask if I needed anything. As for price, I did my homework, knew what I wanted, and was very specific about my needs. Bill went to bat for me and I received an offer which confirmed once again that there is no better dealership than Tustin Hyundai.
