I tend to be pretty hard headed when it comes to the deal I want and I aggressively seek the deal I should be getting. Bill is definitely a veteran in this field and he knows how to handle all types of people, but most importantly he knows how to treat them as well. If it wasn't for Bill I would have probably shopped around a little more to get an even better deal, but he fought for me until the very end and I appreciated his help. In sales, they always teach you to sell yourself and it will be easier for you to sell your product, but Bill doesn't have to sell himself, he is genuinely a good person and it shows in the hoards of customers that come to see him daily. Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I have bought two Hyundais from Tustin Hyundai in the past 18 months, and I am extremely pleased with both the cars and the dealership. Last year, I have bought two Hyundais from Tustin Hyundai in the past 18 months, and I am extremely pleased with both the cars and the dealership. Last year, my wife was looking for a new SUV/CUV. We looked at everything and found that the Santa Fe Limited best suited our needs. I called several dealerships within 75 miles that had the exact model I was looking for, and I was immediately impressed by Frank Joubran. Professional, no-nonsense, and honest, we agreed on a price over the phone, and when I came to pick it up, it was exactly as promised. He had the paperwork ready, he gave a thorough demonstration of the car's features, and has kept in touch to make sure that we're happy with our Santa Fe (and we are!). When I was looking to replace my sedan last month, I quickly determined that the Hyundai Genesis Ultimate was the best sedan on the road for the price - better (in my opinion) than any Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, or Jaguar. The safety features are unparalleled, and the car is incredibly comfortable and fun to drive (and looks great!). I thought it was too good to be true and wasn't convinced he'd find me the exact car I wanted and at a reasonable price. Shortly thereafter he said he found my car, gave me his bottom line price (which was lower than others I obtained), I put a deposit down and he had the car on the lot in a few days. I was a little nervous driving to the lot hoping I wouldn't be disappointed but to my surprise Kevin had my exact car there, all clean and sparkling in the sun! I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership and away I went in my new car. I've never had such a fast and enjoyable car buying experience.
