It was raining when I purchased my car so Bill said he would get it washed for me the following week. Friday 5-1-15 I have a meeting with Bill to over the info and to get my car washed. We corresponded through phone and email, and settled on a great price. I live down in San Diego, so I was afraid of showing up and not getting the car I wanted. To my surprise, I saw my white Genesis waiting for me in the parking lot when I pulled in. All paperwork took roughly an hour to complete and finish, and they even provided a free lunch! I will most definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Kevin who was able to get the car at the price I wanted. More

On that day I wasn't ready to purchase the car yet, so he was able to give me a couple of days to take home all the info and come back later. What I liked about Frank is that he wasn't pushy at all like most car dealers, which made my car buying experience much more "relaxing". The day that I came back, Frank had all the paperwork ready for me to fill out, which made it quick and easy for me to leave with my brand new 2015 hyundai elantra. Amazing Buying Experience I went into Tustin Hyundai knowing what car I was interested because I saw it on the website and once I saw it I instantly knew I had to have it. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and Bill Farris helped me. He was absolutely amazing and easy going. He did not pressure me at all or made me feel like I needed to buy this car. When it came to signing all of the paper work I started getting a little hesitant and he told me to take a night to sleep on it! Any other salesman would've tried to re sell me on how great the car is and pressure me into buying it but not Bill. He made my sales expirence easy and refreshing. I bought the car used and there was some paint chipping on the front and Bill was kind enough to set an appointment up for me to get the car sprayed over, who else would do that? I would definitely reccomend Tustin Hyundai if you're looking into buying a Hyundai and especially going to Bill to help you with your purchase. More
