Once we left the finance office, Frank did an excellent job demonstrating all the functions of the Genesis. I knew what I was getting before ever visiting the dealership. My wife and I test drove this specific car two days before buying, and at no time did Frank pressure me to lock in the sale that day, which was a nice change of pace from other dealers. When I was ready to buy, he had the car ready and pulled up in the shade so that he could walk us through all the features and link our phones to the A/V system. Shawn Brown is an amazing salesman -- extremely responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He has a can-do attitude and is willing to go out of his way to find the car you want -- all without making you feel like you're inconveniencing him. Simply put, he's a nice, honest guy who doesn't use bait and switch tactics like some do. If he can't help you on the spot, he'll find someone who can...like his teammate, John, another friendly professional with an easy manner who knows his stuff. I don't like HIGH pressure, and really didn't do a ton of research because it was right after a car accident and i need to get in a car asap. Frank was a blessing from God. I looked up prices online and what i should expect and he took great care of me. He walked me through all the cars and helped pick out the one that would fit me. Being a 6'6 man there are not many out there. He didn't pressure me or hit me with any "TODAY ONLY" deals he told me exactly what i was getting and there was no surprises. Aside from not getting hunted in the shark tank. Marco was the sales person who took me on a test drive and explained to me everything i wanted to know. He even informed me of a possible extended warranty that I might want, seeing as i drive over 150 miles a day for work, which was only presented as knowledge verses a must have. But to be honest the best thing about it was, even thought the dealership was slammed they gave me attention like i was the only thing that mattered. Which is really impossible to find now days. After all the dealerships out there, its nice to one that gives you the information you need with out the pressure to "get it now." I now have a beautiful car which i love and know that if anything happens i have a group of guy who have my back. Needless to say I'm going back next time. Thanks so much Frank. More
