My Santa Fe was worked on 3 different times in 3 weeks and the issue was never fully resolved even after spending $2200. I don’t feel like I was heard when suggesting things and I don’t feel the check eng and the issue was never fully resolved even after spending $2200. I don’t feel like I was heard when suggesting things and I don’t feel the check engine light was fully evaluated properly. My battery also died a week after leaving there. Is that not something that would have been checked during the 3 trips there? Would never recommend this dealership or really even a Hyundai after my experience. More

Kasey is terrific, but both times I have been in there recently my bill was not what was expected. The first time online I signed an agreement for around $288 and when I went to pay for it, it was around$ recently my bill was not what was expected. The second time (The dent removal) was supposed to be in the $80 bracket and it was 130. The people are extremely nice, all of them. But the billing is another issue. More
My car was not picked up when I was scheduled for an oil change. I had to call the service department again to send someone out. Which was about 2 hours later. I was told when I bought the car that there wouldn't be a problem with a loner, but when I scheduled the appt they said we're not sure if we have one for that day. They said we will call you the day before to let you know. I never received a call. The service dept asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed. I said yes, but when they brought my car back they didn't do either. I feel like I was told how great the service was when I purchased the car, but when I used the service it failed. They did change the oil but the rest of the service was frustrating. More

Nate was very helpful and appeared to care. I was told it would take 1.5 hrs to clean my seats and program my new key fob. It took over 3 hours while I waited in the waiting area.
