I was being told by Hyundai of Tulsa that it was Hyundai's policy to make a person wait and come back multiple times to solve recalls all while waiting 45 minutes to be handed a tire kit on my last Hyundai's policy to make a person wait and come back multiple times to solve recalls all while waiting 45 minutes to be handed a tire kit on my last visit. The story behind my comment: October of 2024 there was a recall on the tire kit and as mine had exploded in the bag in the back of my 2023 IONIC 5, it would need to be replaced. The work order ticket (from Hyundai of Tulsa) even shows that a PO was issued for the replacement. Fast forward, and no replacement was still in hand in December 2024 but other recalls were being issued. At this time we spoke again about the recall and again I got no resolution until another recall on my 2023 IONIC 5 came up in Jan 2024. I was then scheduled to come in for the new recall issued and assured that we would get the tire kit recall straightened out. Once I show up I'm told that they could not officially order the kit until they put eyes on it. Which then prompted my reply of... that was done in October. Why are we doing it again? I was told that was Hyundai policy. Ok then. But here comes the kicker. They don't have it in stock and one would have to be shipped in from Dallas. More delays but Ok. Was told once it came in they would call me and I could come by and pick it up. Cool. Except, 10 days later when I go to pick it up. I'm told I have to wait while they take photos. EXCUSE ME! What lazy person didn't do this 10 days ago or back in Dec or back in October. Or even better, Hyundai of Tulsa had the tire kit in their possession since my last visit 10 days before this visit. After all of this, I'm told by (redacted CS name) that he needed a perfect 10 score for his service. Really, what has been perfect about any of this? The customer service person then proceeds to tell me it's not his or the dealership's fault but Hyundai's corporate policy. He then gave me the number 800-633-5151 to call. Still waiting on an acceptable resolution from Hyundai. Two things I know will come of this: 1. I will not be going back to Hyundai of Tulsa for ANYTHING and 2. I will not be purchasing anything ever again from Hyundai if this is the level of service I can expect. This was my first Hyundai. Will it be my last, Will see but as the magic 8 ball says... all signs point to yes. Unless someone cares at Hyundai. Oh and watch out for the blatant selling of work you don't need. I don't drive much and only have around 2,800 miles on my garage kept, IONIC 5, that I've had for 10 almost 11 months. But they wanted me to pay them $89 for battery post cleaning. Wow! More

Promptly took care of my car and gave me a car wash and vacuum. My only complaint is the upselling of treatments which frankly 258 dollars for some treatment for a car with 15,000 miles is ridiculous. vacuum.
