Everything was handled in a timely manner which I really appreciate , but there were some loose screws needing tightening. There is also the smell of burnt oil after driving. Techs need to pay more attentio appreciate , but there were some loose screws needing tightening. There is also the smell of burnt oil after driving. Techs need to pay more attention to details. More
Wow, Service sells parts over list and charges ridiculous labor hours for repairs. I wouldn't ever use this dealer. I asked for service manager and advised he was not there. I asked Nathanal Hall to review labor hours for repairs. I wouldn't ever use this dealer. I asked for service manager and advised he was not there. I asked Nathanal Hall to review with service manager and was put on hold and told he talked to service manager and he wouldn't help. So the service manager was there. Real nice folks. More
I waited 3. 5 hours for service to be completed on a simple recall repair. I texted the requested number for Megan to check in on service after 3 hours and never 5 hours for service to be completed on a simple recall repair. I texted the requested number for Megan to check in on service after 3 hours and never received a response back. No Staff member updated me regarding length of time of service or why it was taking so long. When I asked Joshua how much longer my service would take, he did not give me a clear answer but said it seemed like it would be done soon. 30-40 minutes later I received my car. I am very disappointed in the length of service, and helpfulness/responsiveness of the Staff. More
O return calls. i have waiting about 3 weeks for return call. Very poor practice since I purchased from you my next purchase will not be with you . You guys came on i have waiting about 3 weeks for return call. Very poor practice since I purchased from you my next purchase will not be with you . You guys came on strong when I was looking to buy but you have messed with me. I am 78 years old and i don’t lie to you so please don’t lie to me. I want my car fixed and a return call would be nice. The you young man that I worked with when I brought the car in was very kind and respectful. Is that all I get with the warranty I purchased? More
I brought my car, for an appointment I had scheduled to handle two different issues of recall. The main recall being the fuel tubes. I showed up, taking an entire morning off of work to have this work done handle two different issues of recall. The main recall being the fuel tubes. I showed up, taking an entire morning off of work to have this work done and nobody bothered to call and tell me that the main part to replace the fuel tubes was not in stock. I then received a bill for over $3000 for "needed services." One of these needed services was a coolant flush because the mechanic determined I may have windshield wiper fluid in my coolant reservoir. What kind of Hyundai mechanic doesn’t know that the Hyundai brand coolant for my make and model of vehicle is actually blue? What a joke this service department is. Upon my arrival, a multi-point inspection was completed on my vehicle. The inspection stated that all interior and exterior lights were in good working condition. Which they were. However, when I was told my vehicle was done, and I went to drive it off the lot, I noticed an issue with my taillights not coming on. They told me to wait in the lobby and they would take my car back to have it looked at again. Conveniently enough for you all, my vehicle would now also need replacement, headlights and taillights, to the tune of $239. I was told that the LED bulbs currently installed in my vehicle were exceeding the ampage and this is why there was an issue now. I reminded them that there was no issue when I drove my vehicle on the lot. All of my lights worked just fine. And they were the only ones who had access to my vehicle during this time. I asked the technician to ensure that paying the $239 to replace all the bulbs would fix the problem and his reply was "it’s a place to start." My response to that vague answer was "so, if this $239.worth of new bulbs does not fix the problem, that your service techs created in the first place for me, I am still out this money? His response was "yes." I let him know that this was unacceptable and he told me he would have his supervisor come out and speak with me. I waited another hour in the waiting area, and the same man returned with no supervisor. He then informed me that I needed to replace the multifunction headlamp switch to the tune of $495.98. And that my bulbs were actually "fine." I asked him the same question I had asked previously. That if I spend this $495.98 to replace the headlamp switch and it does not fix the problem they created, would I still be out the money? His response was word for word the same "it’s a place to start." I said "in other words, yes, I would still have to pay for this service that may not fix my car." He shook his head yes. so not only did I spend four hours of my day, sitting in a waiting room, waiting them to figure out what they did to my vehicle. When they were supposed to be performing two recalls on it, now I have to go back at some point, taking another morning off work to get the recall completed that was supposed to be done that day, and I still have no working taillights when I am using my headlight function. I recorded the conversations I had with both of the service techs and have consulted my attorney because it is very clear that they have no idea what they did to screw my car up and it may be a very expensive fix. Overall, I have never in my life been to such an incompetent repair shop. And you are supposed to be the experts on Hyundai's. What a joke. I expect someone from this dealership /repair facility will be in touch further about the damage done to my vehicle while in your shop. The paperwork I received, clearly shows that all of my lights were in perfect working order, when the multi inspection was done, and after they did something to my car for one of the recalls, they no longer work correctly. I do expect your mechanics to take full ownership of this issue and fix it at your own expense. if I do not hear from you soon, my attorney will be in touch. More

I spoke with the technician about a recall that I have been up called and returned three different times to have it fixed, which it did finally get fixed. The warranty has some stipulations that I was una been up called and returned three different times to have it fixed, which it did finally get fixed. The warranty has some stipulations that I was unaware of which made my decision to leave the Hyundai name brand and buy American. Might as well support the homeland. The whole reason I even bought Hyundai was mainly for the warranty, but due to recent events I will never buy another one. More
