Service department sucks. Service manager is rude and doesn’t listen to what you say, or just doesn’t care. Stated that all spark plugs were fouled but only pulled one, there Service manager is rude and doesn’t listen to what you say, or just doesn’t care. Stated that all spark plugs were fouled but only pulled one, there was still dust on the other three coil packs showing that they didn’t even touch them. It went in for an engine issue and all they wanted to talk about was the cosmetic issues with the car. 0/10 would never recommend anyone to go there or buy a Hyundai product or any affiliated vehicle manufacturer products.
