I took my 2022 Palisade to the dealership as it had a delayed start and is shifting hard. This is the 4th time to report the issue with no warning light showing. They flushed it for $400 and said it's fi delayed start and is shifting hard. This is the 4th time to report the issue with no warning light showing. They flushed it for $400 and said it's fixed. I was in the waiting with a 5 yr old for 3 hrs before I was told they were keeping it. Never offered a shuttle or loner. Had my relative take off work to pick me up, then was told they had a ride for me. I carried the car seat from the service area where my car was across, the waiting area, and then sales area, where no one offered to help or even open a door, as the sales people were all on their phones or in a circle laughing it up. Dan offered after I was well past him, but didn't follow up. Tulsa Hyundai, would not recommend. I asked for all records and pray the transmission doesn't drop out with my grandson in tow on the turnpike. Any more questions? More
They are overwhelmed and it appears that the dealership doesn't have good practices set up to ensure followup on issues identified by customers. Purchased two vehicles on 9/20/25 and as of 10/22/25 still waiting for one of my key fobs that was initially sent to the wrong customer and my temp tag that was initially, and incorrectly, entered as a trade with an existing plate. Finally received the floor mats I was shorted as they were initially left off the We Owe list. Not a solid experience and will not be able to recommend. More
