My brand new Genesis had black handprints on the inside one above the door and another black handprint on the back seat. The delivery was fine except for the little 20 year old driver rolling down my newly one above the door and another black handprint on the back seat. Ordered and paid for a trailer hitch and 7 pin wiring harness when I bought the truck new in Sep 14. Was told they would be in in a “few days”. They called Jan 23 and told the part was finally in. Took i harness when I bought the truck new in Sep 14. Was told they would be in in a “few days”. They called Jan 23 and told the part was finally in. Took it to the dealership for installation. When I got the truck back they had ordered and installed a 4 pin harness. When I pointed that out to the service rep he said”what’s the difference?”. After explaining he said he would order the other harness and would call me in a few days when it come in… More
