The service department is a very frustrating experience. It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer or return a phone call. I finally had to go to AI to find a phone number to the service department that someone would answer and after several minutes, got ahold of the manager and explained that I had gone an entire day with no update on my car despite numerous requests. She told me that the service adviser left early for the day. I would think someone would return text messages for her if she is gone early. After I finally got my car back and part of the service was an alignment, the car is still pulling to the right. I contacted the service person and let them know that I wanted a refund for the alignment and I would get it done right somewhere else. she said she would check on that. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard back. This service experience is so bad, that despite liking the car, I doubt I would ever buy another Genesis. More
Promptly got my vehicle in for service. Jaden was helpful and friendly. I quickly was provided a shuttle service when needed. My vehicle’s work was completed in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that I don’t know enough about the engines for life program and whether or not my vehicle qualifies and if I would be required to get the additives to maintain that program status.
