Brought my vehicle in for repairs. Choose the repairs I was quoted for. Repairs were completed, I paid, signed, and they brought my vehicle to me. I drove home and immediately noted the repair side looked different than the other side. Took pictures and contacted the service center. Two days later I got a text that says the technician overlooked that piece (there is an entire piece missing!) and I was told that specific piece wasn’t in the original quote and it would be another part, labor, tax cost. Ridiculous they “overlooked” an entire piece and sent me on my way with a piece missing, then want to claim it wasn’t part of the initial quote and charge me another $230 to fix their mistake. More
We ordered Genesis all-weather floor mats at the time we purchased the car. They said they would be there in 10 days to 2 weeks. We never got a call after 3 weeks that they had arrived. When we called they had ordered Weather Tech floor mats. We had to wait for the Genesis floor mats to be ordered. Then when we picked them up there was not a mat for the very back! More
