This is the second time I’ve had to take my brand new car in for service in the past two weeks. The issue was clearly not resolved with the first visit. Poor service Dealer relies on text to communicate for their service department. When you call in the morning after they open, they have no live person to talk to. You can't even connect to service to lea their service department. When you call in the morning after they open, they have no live person to talk to.
