The last recommendation made was for a battery service in October 2024 for $39.95. We understand this process should have gone more smoothly, and we are reviewing the situation to identify where the communication breakdown occurred. Promptly took care of my car and gave me a car wash and vacuum. My only complaint is the upselling of treatments which frankly 258 dollars for some treatment for a car with 15,000 miles is ridiculous. More
