I rated this service center a 5 and in all reality I was rating Jennifer. This woman went above and beyond to keep me as a customer by seeing that the dealership honored the type of service they advertised rating Jennifer. , Megan was amazing. She helped out a lot with communicating exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed. She was very responsive and had an immediate answer for my questions. And when she wasn't sure, she actually took me to the mechanic and had him elaborate further. Nick the mechanic was incredibly kind and professional. We talked about what needed to be done and came to a solution that was more than I could ask for. He went above and beyond what was expected.
