The parts and labor continue to be expensive! My sales associate, Tate Martin, was outstanding — truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, the remainder of the purchasing process was EXTREMELY disappointing. Unethical tactics were used when presenting warranty products and additional coverages. Exorbitant interest rates were offered despite our excellent credit score (825+). -Approximately $2,800 in charges for coverages that were never discussed or disclosed were added to the contract. No itemized bill of sale was provided prior to signing. Communication after the sale was extremely poor when attempting to resolve the improperly added charges. The General Manager, Daniel Albert, failed to respond despite being contacted multiple times, including direct outreach. The dealership provided written assurances that financing-related refunds would be issued, but only partial refunds were received. After more than 3 months post-sale, all communication from the dealership ceased entirely. Due to this experience, I will never consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. More

Well, I went there for a recall and was told it would about 1 hour. It took about 2 hours and was told my car needed $2,905 dollars of repairs.
