Took my car in for a known problem and was forced to have a $199 diagnostic done to reveal what I had already told them. Then they wanted to charge almost $700 for a repair that took me less than an hour and a $199 diagnostic done to reveal what I had already told them. Then they wanted to charge almost $700 for a repair that took me less than an hour and a $30 part. I was also told that windshield wipers and air filter were 'critical' but are both almost brand new. They tried to overcharge for simple repairs and maintenance that wasn't actually needed. More
