I was surprised- the experience went so smoothly. I was afraid hearing horror stories about dealerships. My experience was surprisingly great. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. Best service ever My car was disabled just before I was to travel and leave the car in the care of a friend. So I had no appointment when I showed up with my problem. Chris assured me that although they were fully booked for the day, they could take care of me. In an hour the faulty switch was replaced and I was on my way. My warranty covered the cost. I was confident I would get good service, and I definitely did. More

AWESOME!!!! That's all I got. Trent helped me from start to finish with my car buying experience. I contacted him over email and kept asking him questions after questions since I l Trent helped me from start to finish with my car buying experience. I contacted him over email and kept asking him questions after questions since I live in Gilbert. He patiently answered all my questions. To drive from Gilbert to Tucson for a car is self explanatory of the exceptional service that was provided. The day I picked up my car we had trouble getting the Android Auto app to work and he sat with me and tried all options for almost 2 hours to get it working. Even I drove back I had a few questions and he helped me with them promptly. Overall I could not have had a better experience. Trent is truly "The Car Guy". I am also certain that down the line if I have any questions or concerns Trent will help me out with them. Highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Trent!!!! More
