When we arrived the dealership was busy but Trent was prepared and had the vehicle we were looking for already pulled up. From deciding on the right car, financing, and singing the paperwork the process was low pressure, transparent, and we felt as if Trent really had our needs in mind. Louie in finance was similar in that he was low pressure, listened to our needs and provided the appropriate products for us purchase. We will absolutely recommend Subaru of Tucson and recommend people to "Ask for Trent"! We love our new to us, Subaru! More

Our sales representative was low- key, pleasant, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the car and the Subaru brand. An unusual combination. Kudos to the dealership owner and management for building a quality staff with values and expertise. While shopping for the car I communicated with Subaru dealers from NM to CA, and all across AZ. We picked Tucson Subaru because of Tim's service and the purchase price (FYI, we drove from PHX). I'll be back soon to purchase a Crosstrek! More

The number of options and settings are so numerous compared to my previous '05 Subaru, that after a month of driving the new '18 model, I had barely discovered what could be done with all the new features. The salesperson went over many of the features during the purchase process, but this followup meeting with Darla really helped me understand them better and will allow me make use of them quicker and more effectively. The $50 gas card Subaru throws in when you attend this walkthrough was a sweet touch. More

When I showed up I was told that only one person did that and she, Darla, was already booked for several hours and that I should not have made a service appointment. (Darla was curt and a bit dismissive when I spoke with her.) I asked why I was not referred to her when I made my appointment as I had no way to know to ask for her. The agent I was speaking with said 'just a minute' as he stepped away to finish other paperwork. He came back shortly with the manager and another agent. The manager instructed the other agent to help me which he promptly did. I appreciated my issue being handled so quickly. More
