My new Forester's manual is only slightly smaller than the Encyclopedia Britannica but much harder to use, so "Love-Encore" Delivery is a good idea. New cars have some wonderful features but they aren't very useful if you don't understand them. Darla was very patient & took all of the time necessary to answer our questions and also offered some suggestions about topics we hadn't even considered. She realized that some of this information "went in one ear and out the other" (in my case, anyway) and made sure that we knew how we could contact her with further questions. This is a good program for Tucson Subaru and Darla has the knowledge and personality to make it successful. Totally satisfied with this experience! More
