The absolute best sales experience thanks to Trent! I bought a 2017 Forester XT from Trent September 2016 when immediate family death resulted in two teens being placed in my care. I had a coupe and it was impossible to do daily stuff and the stress was so high. I thought, oh lord, now I have to buy a new car to fit everyone and how on earth can I handle this? Well let me tell you, hands down, from the moment I walked into the Subaru dealership after trying Acura, Honda, and Nissan and met Trent things were so easy. I had to wait a while for my vehicle to be ready as they were sold out of the 2016 model I was looking at but it was worth it. Since owning the vehicle I can't imagine ever going back to a different brand. Not just because my Subaru impresses me daily with size, sportiness, utility, and comfort, but also because the experience I have everytime I work with the dealership. Seriously. I'm not stressed about my car situation in any regard anymore and have total faith when I drop it off or need anything I will be well taken care of. It all started with Trent. I'm moving out if the country and want to take my Subaru with me. I have had several questions regarding this as well as small unrelated things and Trent has responded to each email quickly and even if there is a delay in obtaining info he keeps me updated on the status. When Subaru of America was unable to provide information for me as I'd hoped Trent took it upon himself to do some extra research to give me somewhere to start looking into how to take my car. I have never had such an experience with someone at a dealership, not during the buying process, or a year or more afterwards. I'm very grateful for his dedication to what he does and highly recommend any and everyone visit Tucson Subaru for car needs because disappointment simply isn't in their vocabulary. The BEST buying experience EVER!!! My husband and I originally dealt with Spence, he is why we returned to Subaru. When after six months we returned Spence was with another couple and s My husband and I originally dealt with Spence, he is why we returned to Subaru. When after six months we returned Spence was with another couple and said he would be a bit and would we mind if another salesperson helped us? Spence introduced us to Steve Norris who turned out to be as helpful, knowledgable, patient and non-preasure as Spence had been. I was torn between a new Ford or the Subaru Outback and was upfront and honest with Steve and he encouraged me to drive the Ford and did not pressure me in the least. I contacted Steve and let him know the Outback we had originally talked about is what was going to be purchased - the vehicle was in transit. Steve emailed me a quote and I emailed him five more questions. I had intended to go to the dealership Friday 12/29/17 to put a down payment on the Outback and that morning Steve let me know the vehicle had arrived. We met about 1:30 the same day where I test drove THE car and started the purchase ball rolling. EVERYONE from the ladies at the front desk to anyone working for Subaru was pleasant, sincere, and courteous. I never felt rushed or that there was something else Steve had to do or take care of. I will definitely refer anyone I know who is remotely interested in purchasing a vehicle to seek out Spence and Steve. Louis in finance was wonderful and also great to work with giving knowledge and offering the extras (extended warranties, etc.) without pressuring and after all was said and done, it was the BEST buying experience EVER!
