Amazing Experience My wife and I have been recently looking around for a good family car. We came to Subaru of Tucson a couple times to test drive and fell in love with My wife and I have been recently looking around for a good family car. We came to Subaru of Tucson a couple times to test drive and fell in love with the 2018 Crosstrek. Our dealer, Spence Bilbo, was super helpful and was keeping us posted on when our desired car came to the lot with all the features we wanted. We came in to see where our process would start to purchase and we walked off with the Crosstrek. Spence Bilbo was super helpful with getting our deal handled and we were in and out in a couple hours. They explained all features of the vehicle to us and made sure we knew everything there was to offer. Definitely would recommend our dealer and this dealership to any of our friends on post. No pressure purchase Based on my research, I knew I wanted a Subaru. The difficult part was deciding if it was to be an Outback or a Forester, and if it was to be new or a Based on my research, I knew I wanted a Subaru. Kevin McDougall, from Tucson Subaru was there to help me focus on my needs for my future car. Naturally we drove different vehicles and the strong points of each were delineated. He pointed out the benefits of new vs pre-owned. He described the benefits of a special deal offered by Subaru for the purchase of a new Subaru. So, I selected a 2018 pre-owned Outback with 4000 miles on it! It was beautiful. I loved it. But when I returned with my husband the next day, the vehicle had been purchased that morning! Oh no. But clever MrDougall, arranged a very generous purchase price on a new Outback for almost the same price as the pre-owned one I had intended to purchase. Kevin directed the easy purchase process and explained how to operate a 2018 Outback to the prior owner of a 2005 Jeep. He has me enrolled in sessions to assist me with all the technology and updates available on my new car. Appointments were made for the first maintenance checks and presented me with a great car to take home that evening. But wait. Two days after my purchase, I needed assistance to change the time on the clock on dashboard. Darla was available and showed me how to accomplish this and I’m ready for our learning session upon my return from vacation. And, one more thing. Floor Sales Associate Gil Warren helped me with my initial purchase and Internet Sales Associate C. J. Nichols did the honors for my subsequent two purchases, and I came away more than satisfied on each occasion with their obvious and sincere determination to make me happy with the deal I received. On my most recent visit, Finance Manager Curt McHenry likewise contributed to my complete satisfaction. Ask for these people when you come in - they are terrific! More
