We visited several dealerships and dealt with some good sales people and some horrible ones. When we found the Outback we wanted in Tucson, we drove down from Phoenix to get it that day. We were fearful of aggressive sales tactics and attempts to pressure us to buy unnecessary add-ons. Thankfully, neither of that happened. We loved the car, and Baron worked to make things go as smoothly as possible. Curt was great in that he presented options, but didn't try to guilt us into buying extra things. The waiting is long and maybe additional finance people would be helpful to move things along. When we were told some people after us would be waiting 6 hours, I thought that they need more people. That would have made me very upset. Overall, a great experience and we love the car! More
Mike Henry is a treasure to have as a sales rep. For me, getting a new car is a major event. Mike was so patient and supportive as Subaru continued with its “just a few more days” excuses. Had it not been for Mike Henry’s kindness, I would have jumped ship on leasing a Subaru. Subaru makes a superior car. It’s a good think you have a superior car and a superior sales rep, or I’d be driving a Toyota instead of an Ascent. Your MANAGEMENT NEEDS TRAINING. More
