I bought an Impreza for my son and Jack was very helpful in solving some illness issues that my son and husband had which kept them from coming with me to the dealership. One of the sales managers, Loren made sure I knew if there were any questions that I could call and then he helped Jack put on my wheel locks! The dealership is a great size, not too big.
