We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car by CJ. We told him what we wanted to look at, and he immediately took us to the vehicles we had requested to see. We drove four different vehicles. I've been thinking about buying a Subaru for a while. When Tucson Subaru moved to a new location I decided to go take a look. I was interested in the Forester, and he did a great job of explaining the differences between the models. Instead of stressful, the process of actually purchasing the car was quite relaxed. Traci made the process very straight forward, and I didn’t feel pressured to add extras; although I did add the ones I wanted. When I brought the car in a couple of days later for window tinting and Xzilon coating I was given a loaner; once again, a pleasant experience. Ivan, my service person, was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the first time that I actually enjoyed the process of buying a car! More

CJ is an exceptional person to work with because 1) He really likes his job and believes in the company he works for grateful I am for these people. My least favorite part is Finance however Tim made this experience very easy and comforting. He puts things in perspective and was very patient with questions.
