I bought an Impreza for my son and Jack was very helpful in solving some illness issues that my son and husband had which kept them from coming with me to the dealership. Traci was great in finance and we finished the paperwork very quickly. The parts fellas were super and very helpful regarding the accessories for the car. One of the sales managers, Loren made sure I knew if there were any questions that I could call and then he helped Jack put on my wheel locks! The dealership is a great size, not too big.
