We had heard great things and wanted to see for ourselves. We pulled up and got out of our vehicle and my husband counted 3 – 2 – 1, waiting for the “vultures” to appear. They didn’t! We were able to look around for a little bit and acclimate ourselves before Kevin Gribble came over and introduced himself. As we were new to the brand, Kevin took time to show, explain and listen to our needs, interests and wants. We then proceeded to take a couple test drives. I really liked the Crosstrek so Kevin asked if we wanted to discuss pricing. We said sure and explained we had limited time as we had a family dinner to go to. We talked numbers and expected to be railroaded. That never happened! I decided I loved the 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Special Edition of which they only had 2. We left with a handshake, lots of knowledge and time to think about a new major purchase. No pressure! Kevin was nice enough to call later Saturday night and say that someone else was interested in the special edition as well and would I like to put a deposit to hold it until Monday. We came back Monday to test drive it again and decided to purchase. Filled out paperwork, and we were off to the finance department where we met Tim Hanson. We were still waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. From previous experience with other dealerships around town the finance department is where bad things happen and you feel drained after you leave. Not so here at Tucson Subaru. Tim was so helpful, knowledgeable and completely genuine while going through the process and explaining the extras / options. We had the smoothest and believe it or not most enjoyable finance experience ever. We then met back up with Kevin who proceeded to show all the ins and outs of my new vehicle, hooked up my Bluetooth, downloaded my contacts and made sure I knew how to use it all. Getting ready to leave, feeling confident and super excited about my purchase I was given a dozen roses. I felt like a princess driving away in my new chariot! They were totally not necessary but what a nice touch. This is hands down the very best car buying experience we have ever had. Super easy and actually fun! We highly recommend you stop by Tucson Subaru and say hi to Kevin and Tim and see what Subaru is all about. More

We were undecided about any car when we arrived, he showed us what they offer, and we never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. After we purchased the car, Joe took a great deal of time to show us how to use all the new features, a nice surprise since the sale was already closed. Traci was wonderful in finance, explaining everything thoroughly and offered several options. We have already recommended Joe to some friends. Thank you Tucson Subaru for employing such great people! Steve Willis, our salesperson, never pushed nor rushed us and could not have been more pleasant to work with for all of that time. We don't think that there was anything that we couldn't have asked him to do that he would have hesitated about and we are very pleased with his sales' manners. Tim Hanson was our finance person and what a pleasure he was to work with also. Larry is a CPA (supposedly retired) who is in the midst of tax season and we asked Tim to "talk quickly" as we were filling out the necessary forms and he was wonderful in getting us on our way as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgable and it grand to see a young person who is so professional and well-educated financially. We were impressed! And my getting a dozen of the most beautiful roses from the Manager was the icing on the cake. Thank you Tucson Subaru for a great experience and a fun day! Finally, with vigilante research I was ready to commit to the Outback and Tucson Subaru. Sal made ordering easy and straight forward. Knowing exactly what I wanted and what options I wanted he just carefully listened and took care of me in a very timely manner. This really counted as I had come from 4 hrs away, in New Mexico and had to get back the same day! With the new car ordered, Sal emailed and text me enough to feel in the loop but not so often I was bothered! He was honest, professional, and super friendly. I picked up my new outback last week. I LOVE my Suby already!!! AND Sal gave me a dozen long stem roses to boot. I have never bought new but I am rather sure that's UNIQUE! It worked too. I was touched. I will be back to Tucson Subaru and I will be looking for Sal! More
