I basically told Kevin I didn't want to haggle, I made an offer and after some discussion we reached an agreement. He was very professional and courteous and let me take my time with my decision. Tim was also great, he kept the dreaded paperwork process enjoyable and offered no pressure when I opted not to purchase other extras offered. I was very pleased with their customer service and I hope my car will give me the same great experience they did. More

Wonderful experience!!! I bought my xv cross trek Subaru at Tucson Subaru dealer. Kevin Woessner,was our sales person and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional and knowledgeable on questions I had for him. He helped set up my phone(which some would say you could have done it yourself)but for me it was greatly appreciated. Yesterday I noted fluid on the driveway under the right hood area near the right w I have an"08" Subaru Outback in excellent shape with 42,000 miles. Yesterday I noted fluid on the driveway under the right hood area near the right wheel. Tested it with my finger and had no odor and was not slick like oil. Was advised by phone perhaps it was related to the air conditioning Was given and appointment and after filling out the paper work explained to the service advisor why I was there. No fluid was leaking at the time as I had not used the air conditioner not wishing to ruin it if it was not properly functioning. While waiting in the parking area before my car was called in Marcos Romero, Service Advisor, had me run the engine for a short time and then we noted a small amount of fluid on the driveway where I had noticed it before. After his careful investigation Marcos assured me it was simply condensation from a perfectly functioning air conditioner. This sort of problem never occurs in Santa Fe where we had lived and driven a Subaru for 22 years. I was very impressed with the prompt pleasant accurate help I received at this auto dealership. Repair issues to new vehicle i took my 2014 Forester to them for electrical issues. I was at the dealer all day. They could not find the problem. I was frustrated. They allowed me to trade out of my 2014 and into a 2015. It was the easiest car deal I have ever done. No money out of my pocket and many perks, and at cost deals from them. I was so impressed with Kevin Woessner and how he handled the job. His supervisor, Loren Henry, was great also. The day wasn't easy and the decision wasn't easy, but the team there made a bad day into a good day More

2015 Forester I was hesitant to buy a new car just because I have not had great experiences in the past but at the same time I was looking to get away from the deal I was hesitant to buy a new car just because I have not had great experiences in the past but at the same time I was looking to get away from the dealer I had bought my previous car with. My husband and I had a great experience at Tucson Subaru! Kevin Gribble made our buying process easy and seamless. He was very patient with us, answered any questions we had and was immediately available by phone whenever we needed him. We purchased a Forester and wanted it in white, however there were none in Tucson. Kevin immediately had a white one transferred from a dealer in Phoenix and it was in Tucson within hours of us requesting it. Traci Roberts was very nice and made financing easy. We are very pleased with Tucson Subaru and even after I left the dealer and had more questions Kevin was more than happy to help me out! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! More
