Beyond Belief! Buying a car can be a nightmare, but my experience at Tucson Subaru was the exact opposite. The people are friendly and helpful, the place is spotless, the staff works together to make the process seamless. When the car I wanted did not come in, Trent found me the exact same car except for color(which was a very acceptable color for me). Trent spent lots of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the systems, before I drove off the lot and home 5 hours away. To top it off, I have never received a bouquet of red roses when buying a car! How great is that - new car smell and the fragrance of roses! More

His perseverance and patience and not to mention great customer service led us to buying two cars instead. After purchase, he explained every feature and tiny little details to us which we really appreciate. Louie Ascencio of Finance also handled us with excellent care. He is very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions, making the process less stressful. He took great care of us in all our needs and provided us with great advice. He is our go-to person should we encounter any problems. He is super friendly and understanding.
