Changed my outlook on buying a car Normally I can't stand buying a car from a dealership, but I've always loved working with Subaru's service departments across the US. Even though I drove a Honda, they always treated me exceptionally well and even went out of their way on some occasions to make things happen that they didn't have to. After my incredible old Honda Accord was stolen last weekend, I dreaded buying another car, but felt comfortable pulling onto the Tucson Subaru lot, where I met Sal, who greeted me with a smile and genuinely listened to my situation and did his best to find something for my budget. In the end and with Sal having my corner with the sales manager, I went a little over my budget to get the perfect Outback for me and I have no regrets. Their sales manager was able to get me lower interest on the loan through Subaru financial than my favorite Credit Union! Now I have a dealership I trust for all aspects of my car and couldn't be happier. I will send everybody looking for a vehicle to Sal, and those that need service to their service department. The best buying expierence. My Son and I were looking for a new car to replace his pickup. We had looked at other cars and been in contact with several salespeople whom I consid My Son and I were looking for a new car to replace his pickup. We had looked at other cars and been in contact with several salespeople whom I consider to be professional in their approach but limited in knowledge of the autos they sell and some could not tell me why I should have bought their cars and not go elsewhere. I called Mike who recommended me to Terry at the Subaru Dealership and Terry introduced us to Kevin Gribble whom after three minutes of speaking with him we knew he was our guy. Kevin is very knowledgeable about his cars, very passionate about the dealership and its personnel but most of all he never trashed his competition, if there is any! We spent two hours with him and by the time we were done we had purchased the BRZ. It's an excellent car and my Son who is the owner is absolutely in love with it. It is a sharp vehicle and has all the extras that a person would want. I recommend Subaru of Tucson and Kevin for the best buying experience that a person can have. I recommend him highly. While at Subaru of Tucson you must come in contact with the best Finance Manager I have ever encountered: Tim Hanson. All I can say is: Tim is good at what he does and there is never a dull moment while in his office. His explanation of paperwork and other products is excellent. More
