Though we could not meet with him for nearly two weeks, he kept us informed about the dealership's inventory during that time. When we arrived for our appointment, he was ready for us and had several information sheets printed about the available vehicles that met our needs. This was a very low-pressure sales and we left the dealership that same afternoon with a new 2015 Outback. Rudy did a great job of explaining the car's features and followed up to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. We would certainly purchase another vehicle from Rudy and Tucson Subaru. Kevin Woessner helped me pick out a new black impreza and I was able to test drive it, work out a reasonable interest rate, and take the car off the lot with me. I first stopped at another dealer and experienced the typical back and forth, me walking out, sales manager stopping me crap that takes all the fun out of getting a new car. Tucson Subaru was my second stop. WOW! I had completely painless, easy and dare I say fun buying experience. Fernando greeted me and showed me the car I came in to see. I offered what I wanted to pay (and what was a fair price) ...deal done. I had preapproved financing but Tim was able to get me even a better deal! In an hour I was driving my Honda Fit home! I hope to have my car for a long long time but would definitely recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Outstanding in every way! The problem is I am not a local of Tuscon. We were there visiting my daughter but now I am so spoiled by the service that I will have to return to Tuscon Subaru the next time I need to buy a car. The team at Tuscon Subaru were terrific and I would recommend them to everyone. Steve was professional and not pushy, smart and funny and made the process a great one from start to finish.
