Car buying CAN be a fun experience After reading Consumer Reports we decided to take a look at the Subaru Forester. We met CJ Nichols at the dealership and the rest is history. This dealership is a nice place to be, the people are friendly and professional and I felt no pressure during the entire process. Also, the price offered on our trade in was fair and businesslike.The paperwork was quick and easy and Traci Roberts got us through that in record time. in short, keep up the good work and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others. Can't get any Better then This !! I am thrilled with my new Forrester. I love everything about it. I'm constantly smiling when I'm thinking about it.... But to be really honest...I'm the Happiest with the experience....Its what really makes me Smile...and ...I've told everyone ( whether its the person pumping gas,next to me at the station, to a coworker in the parking lot at work to the gal cutting my hair ! ) Buying a car at TUcson Subaru is a great experience.!! People typically laugh, Great. ??..at a car dealership.??.Sure...Right ???? YES>>>>.YES....It was Amazing !! I'm going to apoligize now, cause I'm probably going to ramble, But I'm so Happy,and Excited about my New CAR !! I want to shout it out loud !! I don't know where to start...I worked with Curt ( When I first met Curt,years ago, he was a service writer, so his background is great, he knows Everything about their vehicles, plus I trusted him !! ) Curt let me be me - Ask silly questions, come by several times, to just sit in various cars ( yes, he'd come out to offer me water/apple/granola bar. and to see if I was ok, if I had any more questions ) And naturally I got to test drive...alot of cars....and Always he was his usual pleasant self ! , I had a 2009 Suburu, which I loved, so I really wasn't set on buying a new one, I just wanted to look, and bounce some numbers around. Curt was great...helped me with my "pro and con" list...Either way, I'd be Happy, keep my 09 or get a new one....Super long story....But Great ending...I decided to go ahead a get a 2015 ....and....Curt made it easy....and made me feel...Like a Valuable member of the Family....Yeah...thats how people at this dealership make you feel... Everyone from the lady answering the phone,at the front desk ( thanks to you for always smiling ) to DJ, who is a sales manager now, ( He has been there, for years,so Trusting the sale is easy ) Met ,Tim, in fiance for the first time, he was amazing...I was going to use my USAA car loan, and he actually beat the rate. WOW...Another great part of my car buying experinece. I am thrilled to share my story with everyone, who might be looking for a car, used, new, Subaru or not, ( yeah, they had some other great looking cars on their lot ) Go to Tucson Subaru...Go and Experience the same Wonderful experience.... Sure......new owners, new location, new things....But....Still the Best People.....Sure a Subaru is a Subaru, but take it from someone who has bought my first one in Phoenix.....THE PEOPLE, make this Place THE BEST !! Chris Smith and Tim Hanson-The Dynamic Duo I purchased my first brand new vehicle from Tucson Subaru. I called Chris, told him what a competitor was charging but that I was unhappy this the se I purchased my first brand new vehicle from Tucson Subaru. Easiest transaction I've ever had-we were done in less than 15 minutes by phone as I lived in NM. Upon arrival and seeing my beautiful car polished and waiting for me, I literally cried. Chris ensured that no extras were placed on the car until I arrived and decided at that time which was much appreciated. Tim was fantastic in finance and had me out the door within the hour. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I sat in the car. Chris walked me through the navigation system and synced my phone before I left the lot which was so helpful finding my way around Tucson and to get back home. Both were friendly, professional, personal and made this the ultimate experience for me. Kevin and Traci ROCK!!! While we were car shopping we decided to take a look at Subaru Automotive online. After comparing the reviews between several makes and model we narro While we were car shopping we decided to take a look at Subaru Automotive online. After comparing the reviews between several makes and model we narrowed our choice down to two cars. The Subaru Crosstrek and a Mazda CX-5. After looking at another local dealer for the Mazda and seeing that their prices were much more to pay for the equivalent of the Subaru, we decided to take a look at Tucson Subaru. Keven was very knowledgeable to the safety and features offered by Subaru and its competitors for instant comparisons between makes and models. He also took the time to show the different styles from Impreza to Crosstrek to Forester. He gave us a simple break down of the pricing as far as extras, dealer fees and the bottom line. The nicest thing about it is that the bottom line is the closest I have ever seen to the manufactures MSRP. That also included popular packages installed! So for a new '14 Crosstreck before taxes with a package installed we were looking right at 24,990. After taxes and registration it was still a little bit higher than we initially expected. Kevin then showed us a Certified Crosstrek that we were able to get in at our price range and with an extended warranty, and it was still a '14. Thanks to Traci in finance we were also able to get a lower rate than our current bank by going through Subaru for the auto loan. This along with Kevin's help allowed us to save a lot of money while being able to get one of the nicest cars we have ever owned. Thank you again More
