I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Outback and within minutes, Kevin had emailed me back with answers to my questions. We met at the dealership later that day, test drove the model we were interested in and put a deposit on one that was due to arrive within days. In the following days (4), Kevin did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the delivery status and on the day the car arrived scheduled the convenient time for me to come in and complete the paperwork and take delivery. As an aside, it really helps that Kevin's just a bit of a techno-geek. His explanation of the Subaru audio and nav system was really good. I've barely had to look at the manual since. I'd also like to commend Traci Roberts in Finance. Not only does she do a really good job of explaining the paperwork and other optional services, she's a model of efficiency. She made what's otherwise a tedious process as painless as possible and did so with a lot of humor. More
