Dedicated to helping you find what you need. CJ Nicholes was recommended to me by a client at work. He and Sean Johnson, (who did almost all of the 'leg work' as I was there on a busy Saturday and CJ was already helping several people), were patient, and easy to communicate with. I had little experience in the 'car world' and they helped me work through the in's and out's of various cars. I now have a new, base model 2015 Outback. Love it! The paperwork end of the process was equally great - I worked with Luis Ascensio and have never had a more enjoyable time signing papers.... really! :)) More

I was planning an out of state vacation and was trying to find a Forester to rent, Ken tried to track one down for me (try Flagstaff). Ken and I communicated by email and as the 2015 models dwindled he arranged my test drive. Ken is very knowledgeable, gave me some options and we narrowed down to the best fit for me. I returned the following day and made my 1st Subaru purchase. Thank you for the roses when I left with my new Forester :), a nice touch. Finance Manager, Tim Hanson processed the deal efficiently and was well versed in the options and add-ons available, not to mention had a great sense of humor. I must say that I was pleased that this dealership had not already heaped high dollar protection packages on all the vehicles, but left the decision to me, I don't mind returning. This has been a good car buying experience and I feel confident that Brent Wolff in Service will help me take good care of my Forester. More

The sales people were all well informed about their product and able to answer all of our questions without pressuring us to buy. We made three visits before making up our minds and the two sales reps we worked with (Trent Nichols and Joe Micoletti) were nothing but helpful. We’ve never had a dealership let us take a car home to see how well it fits into our garage. By the way, this dealership is very *dog-friendly; we were told to bring our dog back with us so she wouldn’t be left on her own for too long. Tim Hanson made the business of filling out the reams of paperwork if not quick at least a short as possible. Joe Micoletti the sales manager John Petersavage called us personally the following day to make sure everything went well and we were happy with our decision. We were also introduce to two of the folks from the service department; we've never had that happen before. Actually we were so impressed with the Subarus that we bought a Forester for me and my wife got herself an Outback. More

I I have purchased 5 cars in the past and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I had done extensive research prior to meeting with CJ. I knew I wanted the base model outback and knew what the range on pricing should be. The price was better than expected and I got exactly what I wanted. I did not feel pressure to upgrade from the base model. CJ was very professional and respectful throughout the interaction. Even after we purchased the outback with all paper work complete, he took about 30-45 minutes to really make sure I understood the features of the car, positive aspects of the outback, introduced me to the service department, etc. That was after I felt he had already done an excellent job providing me with information before the purchase. I think many salesman would have been satisfied with making a sale and then been in a hurry to move on to the next sale. That is not at all the experience I had with CJ. I love subaru and I can tell you with confidence when I need another car or if a friend does, CJ at Tucson Subaru will be the first stop. More

I didn't feel a hard sell from him, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. My family has always had a great experience buying Subarus. My father always said that other dealers made him have a sales associate ride in the front seat with him during a test drive or even check his credit first. When he bought the 1998 Outback (a car I still have to this day and I will give to my kids), the salesman asked him how he could buy a car without his wife and actually threw the keys at him and told him to take his wife out to lunch! He always laughed at that. Naturally, he bought. For my money, it's a Subaru. I am so glad you continue that tradition to this day! More

Best of the bunch I researched several makes and models before going for test drives. I visited four dealerships in Tucson, and only one came close to Tucson Subaru. The Salesperson (Kevin) was great; low-key; knowledgeable; friendly & helpful. However, a longer than usual Finance Office experience at the end of it all, which was the only negative. The Finance Office representative (Louie) spent an inordinate amount of time (almost an hour after the already lengthy test-drive, trade-in and sales experience with the salesperson) trying to convince us to add on several insurance, maintenance, service and paint-sealer "deals and packages" offered by Subaru. We made it clear that we were not interested, but he kept going into more and more detailed explanations of all the vehicle parts that were going to break down and how we needed one of these packages. I finally told him that from the way he was telling it, we had just bought a pretty lousy car that was going to self-destruct withing a few years! Ultimately, it felt like we were being held captive against our will at the end of what had been, up to that point, a pleasant experience. We were hungry and tired. Subaru needs to refine this part of the sales experience. More

From the first moment walking into the place we didn't feel pressured into buying anything, it was just an informative and fun experience. Manny helped us find the exact car we wanted and kept us in the loop the entire time during the process. I would highly recommend any and all of my friends and family going to look at Subaru's if they are in the market for a New or Used car!! Thanks again Manny and the entire staff at Subaru! More
