Refreshingly professional treatment, start to finish! Before contacting Tucson Subaru I'd done extensive on-line research concerning which vehicle I wanted, features, price, and types of financing. When I called I was put in contact with my salesman, Kevin Gribble, without a wait. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about all the features of the model I was looking for without having to look it up as we spoke. I felt respected throughout the process and that he had great patience with my need to know every little detail. He offered the same "best price" I'd been able to work out through on-line guides, and better interest rates than what I'd been pre-approved for through my credit union. I appreciate that I never felt any "game-iness" in dealing with him, just honest, straightforward communication. I trust he really "knows his stuff" and works with integrity. He knew I had a 3+hour drive home in the new vehicle and texted the next morning to make sure all had gone well. I then met with Tim Hanson for the financing and paper work, which for me can be the grueling part. I'm not a "math-magician" so often get lost in that, but Tim made it ... fun! He explained in thorough detail and made everything make sense. Again, I felt I was treated with honesty and respect and integrity and that he is very knowledgeable. In May 2013 I met Rudy Borneo and John Petersavage while purchasing my first new Subaru. Fair and open dealing, fantastic communication throughout the purchasing experience ... followed by my next new car purchase at Tucson Subaru in December 2013 ... the same, honest, transparent approach to business. Quite refreshing to say the least. A service department next to none. Fast forward to August 2015 ... my THIRD new Subaru ... here again, Rudy Borneo and John Petersavage have exceeded my expectations. Excellent service I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard time buckling up and would have to re-tighten their seatbelts periodically. Dan Ford was the service advisor I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to quickly have the problem verified and parts ordered. When I returned to have the repair made I was surprised by just how quickly the vehicle was taken back and the repairs completed. The kids are very happy to have seatbelts that work properly, and I am glad that they are as safe as possible now. Dan definitely made the entire process painless and was great to work with. I called the service department and they told m I have a 6 mo old Legacy that I love. A few days ago the tire pressure alert appeared on my dashboard. I called the service department and they told me to just bring the car in without an appointment. I was assisted by several service department employees. After discovering a nail in my tire, they found that they did not have the replacement tire in stock. I was immediately provided with a 2016 Forester as a loaner car. Anthony Marquez gave me his business card and kept me updated. I picked up my Legacy today and Anthony got me in and out in no time, with a brand new tire. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Tucson Subaru and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
