The next part of the buying process was equally pleasant. I worked with Louie A to finalize the purchase. He did everything he could to help me get the best price for my new car. They even took care of the rental car and I drove home in my new Subaru Forester that night! I enjoyed the whole experience and everyone there was wonderful. The people are friendly and helpful, the place is spotless, the staff works together to make the process seamless. When the car I wanted did not come in, Trent found me the exact same car except for color(which was a very acceptable color for me). Trent spent lots of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the systems, before I drove off the lot and home 5 hours away. To top it off, I have never received a bouquet of red roses when buying a car! How great is that - new car smell and the fragrance of roses! More

Curt McHenry, our sales representative, displayed these company characteristics in spades -- a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable, an excellent mentor in the many new features of the 2015 models, who gave us the guidance we needed. After purchase, he explained every feature and tiny little details to us which we really appreciate. Louie Ascencio of Finance also handled us with excellent care. He is very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions, making the process less stressful. He took great care of us in all our needs and provided us with great advice.
