Stopping in, by chance, to Tucson Subaru, we found a calm atmosphere. The lot and sales floor was crowded but not a "hustle and bustle" environment. We knew what we could afford in a new vehicle but didn't think we could the vehicle we fell in love with. Mr. Woessner worked diligently, with us and our hesitation, to make this dream car affordable. He explained how the process would have no hidden fees or agenda. The number he quoted is the amount we are paying!!! Thank You Kevin for your honesty and integrity! Now, moving forward to meet the finance department ... Uh oh, here comes the shell game BUT Mr. Ascencio was fantastic with us. He had all the paperwork prepared and explained each article and any questions we had. No hidden costs! These gentlemen were friendly, courteous and professional. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but my experience with Tucson Subaru surpasses them all. A++ dealership! More

Mr McVey was going out of his way to help us with a used car we had sought out at Tucson Subaru, in fact it was exactly what we wanted. Sales played the usual game back and forth on the price but that is typical of new and used sales. The one thing I didn't like was the fact I could not get the KARR system COMPLETELY removed from my vehicle, after an internet search it WILL be gone soon. Courteous staff, know their job and how to make the process flow. I hope any future visits will be pleasant and end happily. I will not even talk about the bad folks on Wetmore rd. More
