Rudy was very helpful and a joy to deal with-no high pressure tactics and he spent a lot of time with me considering I was not yet ready to buy a car. However, I decided to buy it the next day. I felt I got a fair price and it was a pleasure to deal with Rudy and Tucson Subaru. Traci Roberts was also a fun person and was very thorough and helpful for the financing aspect.
